All was excellent
We really enjoyed our stay at Princeville Aonang..stayed at Duplex Suite, it was clean and pleasant..Princeville employees are really professional and provided us with excellent service.. even before we check in and after we check out..the location is great and accessible..overall a great place to stay 👍👍👍
Hotel was amazing, friendly staff, rooms were big and perfect for a family. Great location and kids loved the pools too. Would definitely visit again
I was a bit frustrated when I checked in and they didn’t upgrade my room as promised, instead they put me on the 3rd floor in the back of the hotel. I’m giving them 4 stars because they allowed us to use their facilities after checking out and coming back from a tour.
Pros: right smack in the middle of the action, very comfortable bed, and nice suites (they allowed us to use them - pics attached)
Cons: no elevator, old pool, front desk ladies were not very friendly at check in.
The hotel was located right in front of the beach, many shops, convenience stores and food options around.
Staff seemed genuinely joyful to help and see us each day. We loved the jacuzzi room - a nice private spot for a dip whilst still accessing the larger pool for a swim. A great location to visit nearby islands, try different foods, and shop.
We had a great stay at the hotel. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the action, but quiet once inside. Property is a bit dated, but clean and has everything you need. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast spread was also very good.

Everything about this hotel was good except the staff. Upon check in we were told that one of the rooms that we booked wasn’t available and that they were going to give us a smaller room with two twin beds. When we said that we paid more for our room the manager and the women working reception started laughing at us and saying well no refunds. After a while of us trying to get the room we paid for I was told by the manager that she wants to talk to someone else in our group while laughing and saying no refunds. Finally after we didn’t let up she gave us an upgraded room one night later but our group had to stay in the smaller cheaper room for one night. Other than that the hotel was fine, has everything you need. Great location, but manager definitely needs training because it is not acceptable to laugh at customers for something the hotel messed up
This would’ve been a perfect setting if not for the flights for the pool villa. I think they need to install some elevators as this steps can be dangerous especially at night, when bringing luggage’s up and down and for both staff and clients. Other than that my experience was amazing. Beach front property, clean spacious rooms and my pool Villa was my happiness. Close to everything but it gives u peace and quiet when needed. The spa was great and the staff was more than welcoming. I would want to come back..maybe when they have the elevator installed to the higher floors.

Convenient
We stayed here for 3 nights. It's in a nice location. Walkable to so many shops around the hotel. Only one thing that I would like the hotel to manage is the noise from some rooms above and around my room. The walls don't seem to block the noise so well. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs with you. Breakfast buffet doesn't have many options but the fruits were very tasty. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

This is a great hotel in the centre of town, close to beach, shops and restaurants.
Very near to shops and very convenient location. Room abit old and water in the toilet is very slow and heater did not work properly. Toilet too small..need renovations for the room
