I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb.
Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. The staff seems way better than years ago. Professional and kind

I had to pay the value-added tax even though I thought it was already included.
The hotel was on the beach, but access to it was closed because they only open it in summer—which makes no sense, as several guests wanted to walk there.
There was only one can of Diet Coke in the minibar, even though the room was for two people.

Atendimento cordial e profissional. Achamos que havia muito barulho e ruído que ouvíamos apartir do quarto. Banheiro mal cheioroso, suspeito que devido ao refluxo da tubulação de esgoto. As instalações são bacanas! Vista para o lago espetacular! Poderia ter mais elevadores 2 apenas parecem insuficientes. Café da manhã bom, além da excelente localização. Não usamos piscina. Só o restaurante uma vez.

Si bien es hermosa arquitectónicamente … es bastante desordenado todo. Cuando hacen fiestas lamentablemente me tocó ver baños sucios y no existía un orden en los huéspedes q entraban y salían del lugar. Fuera de eso tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Pero falta más eficiencia de parte del equipo hotelero

El lugar donde está ubicado es inmejorable sin embargo es una edificación vieja que pide una remodelación inmediata.
El buffet del desayuno muy bueno pero no reponían si se acababa algo.
Les falta personal así que las esperas son continuas. Me quedaría de nuevo por donde está pero con una tarifa más baja.

Bad experience not worth the price
Pros:

We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arriving at 1 pm after a long trip, we were informed that check-in was only available after 4 pm. When we asked if they could call us in case a room became available earlier, the receptionist rudely declined, stating that she was too busy handling check-outs to make such calls.

Once we were finally able to check in, the bathroom in our room had a terrible odor. We went to the lobby to report the issue, and the staff’s initial response was, “Is it that bad?” Eventually, they sent housekeeping, who suggested changing rooms. We didn’t receive our new room until almost 6 pm.

The breakfast was another major letdown. The quality was poor, and one day many items ran out—no eggs, no ham, nothing worthwhile. I’ve attached a photo to illustrate the situation.

While the hotel’s location was convenient, and the valet and luggage staff were helpful, everything else was subpar. Overall, the experience was far from what we expected for the price. Definitel not worthy
