Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Use of the Gym: The minimum age to enter the gym facilities is 14 years old. In such cases, the minor must have the express written authorization of whoever has representation and/or guardianship of the minor and must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for him/her at all times.
Use of the SPA is for people over 18 years of age.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

A child up to 8 years old is allowed to share a bed with their parents.

Use of the SPA is only for those over 18 years of age. Use of the SPA's Heated Pool requires prior reservation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Piscina con pistas demarcadas de 15 metros, buena temperatura para entrenar, gran disponibilidad.
Bastante limpio.
Se nos quedaron unas cosas en la pieza, fueron muy amables y nos las mandaron luego de que las pidiéramos

Cons:

Nos dio muchísimo frío, pedimos mas frazadas y nos dieron, pero nos dio frío igual. La pieza tiene un aire acondicionado, pero la primera noche dormimos mal por el ruido que hacía después de un rato. Dormimos muy mal toda la estadía, lo que fue terrible porque era un viaje de descanso y no descansamos bien. Las sabanas muy ricas, pero las camas no tanto.
En la mañana no había agua caliente, muy poca presión en la ducha. Llamamos para pedir ayuda, nos dijeron "paciencia, deje el agua corriendo". Se calentó después de 30-40 minutos, seguía con muy poca presión, nos atrasamos en todo por lo mismo. Los dias siguientes no mejoro pero entendimos que había que usar el agua caliente mas tarde.
El desayuno bueno en general pero limitado en opciones de tipos de leche y yogures, nada de opciones gluten free. Si había un yogur y leche sin lactosa

La ubicación

Cons:

La cortinas no eran del ancho de la ventana, por lo que la luz entraba a la pieza no permitiendo mantener la oscuridad.
La palta en el desayuno es envasada, la misma de los servicentros, se pagan 200usd por noche, lo mínimo es que tengan palta natural.
El baño no tenía ventilación, por lo que el vapor de la ducha no tenía donde ir, sin mencionar el olor a desagüe que tenía cuando llegamos.
Todo esto fue advertido a recepción sin solución.

Excelente ubicación y las camas son muy cómodas

Cons:

el desayuno es bueno en cuanto a variedad y cantidad de alimentos, los dos días que estuvimos, tuvimos problemas con los platos, había que esperar que llegaran desde la cocina, lo cual genera una gran aglomeración y desorden en el salon.
