Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Use of the Gym: The minimum age to enter the gym facilities is 14 years old. In such cases, the minor must have the express written authorization of whoever has representation and/or guardianship of the minor and must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for him/her at all times.
Use of the SPA is for people over 18 years of age.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

* This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

A child up to 8 years old is allowed to share a bed with their parents.

Use of the SPA is only for those over 18 years of age. Use of the SPA's Heated Pool requires prior reservation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

La vista del Hotel al lago y al volcán son maravillosas, el desayuno buffet es muy bueno y las habitaciones comodas, personal del hotel muy amable.

Cons:

Los ascensores son muy pequeños, solo 2 y se ven muy viejos, necesitan renovación y la piscina temperada del hotel estaba muy fria.

El desayuno con muy poca variedad.
Cortaron el agua caliente por unos arreglos y no avisaron para uno programarse, perdí todo el día esperando que llegara el agua caliente.

La atención del personal fue excelente durante toda la estadía, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. Destaco especialmente las hermosas vistas, las piscinas temperadas, el spa y un desayuno realmente sobresaliente. Además, la ubicación es privilegiada, con un entorno maravilloso y la comodidad de tener el casino a pocos pasos.

Cons:

El principal aspecto a mejorar es el equipamiento multimedia de las habitaciones. Los televisores son antiguos, tienen pantallas pequeñas y no permiten acceder fácilmente a servicios de streaming, lo que limita las opciones de entretenimiento y descanso. También sería positivo mejorar la señalización del estacionamiento y la disponibilidad del servicio de valet parking, ya que en varias ocasiones no estuvo operativo.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Me gustó todo, excelente Hotel, desde nuestra llegada con el ingreso el personal muy amable y la habitación impecable toda la ropa de cama y toallas blancas radiante.
El almuerzo en el restaurante era lo que me recomendó mi doctor salmón con ensaladas y el toque Gourmet del chef exquisito.

no nos gusto :
el baño tenia un olor muy desagradable, el estacionamiento estaba retirado del hotel sin vigilancia ni seguridad, la limpieza en el desayuno muy deplorable, para ir a las piscinas habia que salir de las instalaciones, muy poco recomendable para ir en invierno con pequeños que quieren disfrutar de las piscinas.

El agua de la habitacion salía fría, en invierno, en el sur de chile, en precio calidad es una burla
En el restaurante nos ofrecieron un menú ejecutivo cuando llegamos y cuando fuimos a almorzar a peñas empezaba la hora y nos dijeron que se había acabado. Mejor no ofrezcan servicios que no son capaces de otorgar. Mala gestión
Pd igual comimos otra cosa y están bien rico, pero que desagrado que te digan que tienen cosas que no hay y sobre todo pasar frío! En un hotel!
