Poor Service. We called them because we forgot something in the room they put us on hold for 10min and when we answer they were super rude saying they were too busy she can't deal with this right now. No supervisor we can talk to no empathy whatsoever. There was hair in the bed and we could hear everything. Would not recommend

Les immigrants très mauvais et j ai dû annuler. 3 fois de suite la Service Bad aucune logique pour finir je suis Agent de voyage
Et travaille en touriste professionnelle votre service pour la clientèles d u saguenay Lac.st jean est pourri ils ne sont pas au courent des distances c etc
Je n ai aucune intention est pourri et Bad
