A very pleasant stay at the his hotel
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Air conditioning was very efficient. Breakfast was good, especially the banana muffins. The hotel was also quiet. Staff were helpful.

Disappointing.
Cons:

I was not asked how my stay was by the night staff person.
The tub did not drain. Overnight the water was still in it.
The lamp next to the bed did not work.
The fridge froze my food - up to me to monitor better.

When I reported these things to the staff, the response was sorry but no notes were taken to improve things for the next occupant.

Cons:

Manque de chaleur d'accueil à la réception, on sent qu'on les dérange, ou qu' on n'est pas vraiment bienvenu...Ne donne pas du tout envie d'y retourner....

J’aurai voulu prendre mon petit déjeuner en chambre

Cons:

Le fait d’accepter les animaux dérangent la tranquillité des autres, aussi tard la nuit des gens de l’étage s’amusaient à sauter ce qui réveillait les gens du bas
