The only issue for me was the parking situation. The parking is horrible but everything else was 5star.

Regarding my recent stay at Club Cala, I must, regrettably, offer a 3-star rating. Despite the assessment of a cleaning fee, cleaning services were not rendered. Moreover, a regrettable miscommunication occurred during check-in concerning the outstanding balance, which was a significant disappointment. Further, the appliances, specifically the washing machine, operated at an excessive noise level, and dishwasher detergent was unavailable. I trust that future experiences will meet a higher standard.

Pros:

1. Housekeeping not reliable. Had to call 3 or 4 times to get service.
2. Do not go in July. The see weed smell is over powering and you cannot go to the beach cause is too much see weed.
3. The villas inside are pretty nice. But the outside upkeep it’s not good.

Everything was beautiful. I was unprepared for the steps to get to our villa. I use a walker & my daughter had a baby stroller. Parking was not close by so it was a struggle to get our suitcases inside.
