Prijs-Kwaliteit voor de kamers niet in orde, profiteren van de ligging kort bij de beurs van Parma
Pros:

Personeel zeer vriendelijk en ook een prima ontbijt. Hotel centraal gelegen kort bij autobaan en de beurs van Parma. Ondanks de vergane glorie wel alles hygiënisch schoon in de kamer.

Cons:

Mijn kamer (Suite) was vergane glorie, veel versleten of kapot. Douchedeur op de badrand deels weg, douchestang gammel aan de muur en stopcontacten los in de muur. Tellen evengoed de hoofdprijs voor de kamers maar zeker geen 4**** waardig.

Der kostenlose Parkplatz und das freundliche Personal.

Cons:

Wir haben ein 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet, nun ein 4 Sterne Hotel stellt sich für uns anders dar. Die Dusche war alt und hatte nur einen festen Lauf von oben, allgemein ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen oder gut besucht und genutzt? Das Frühstück hatte keine Besonderheiten, das Obst schon teiweise verdorben.

Pas repossant, mais pratique
Pros:

Emplacement très bien, place de parc privée, déjeuner copieux avec un vaste choix. Personnel sympathique.

Cons:

La chambre était bien usée et montrait de fort signes de vieillesse. Moquette cassée, taches au sol, cabine de douche entartrée, des parties de mur ou autre bien endommagées. Mais le plus désagréable, c'était la ventilation qui tournait en continu est était très bruyante ! J'ai du me boucher les oreilles pour arriver à dormir.

Mir wurde per Mail bestätigt, dass die Ladestation vorhanden ist free of charge!!
Ladestation war weg und ich musste noch am Abend eine Station suchen um am Morgen voll geladen abzufahren. Grund: Management change….interessiert das den Gast???!!!
Wie werden solche Fehler behandelt? Mir
Wurde nur gesagt sorry! Sie können sich vorstellen, wenn das so weitergeht, das Hotel einen langjährigen Gast verlieren wird!
So schnell kann man Gäste verlieren, die Reception hatte keine Daten mehr von mir, Wechsel! Ist Gift für einen Neuanfang!
Ich hoffe für Sie, solches schnell zu korrigieren!

Pros:

Comodo da raggiungere in quanto vicino all’uscita dell’autostrada. Clima accogliente e molto disponibile. Colazione buona.

Cons:

Hotel datato, bisognerebbe dare una bella rinfrescata alle camere in quanto c’è presenza di muffa.
