Pros:

Sehr freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal.
Wir haben sogar noch um 22 Uhr einen Salat und Toast bekommen.
Groß hervorzuheben: Die exzellente Sauberkeit.

Cons:

Die persönlichen Gegenstände wurden bei der Reinigung einfach verlegt und Wäsche zusammengefaltet.
Da wir das nicht wollten, wurde das auch respektiert und umgesetzt.

Pros:

A very nice little hotel in a beautiful scenery. The pool was really good for a final refreshment after the car ride home from the beautiful beaches. The staff was wonderful, super friendly, with many tipps and recommendations. The breakfast was very good, too! We would come back again!

accoglienza eccellente e soggiorno molto piacevole.
Pros:

La colazione è varia e completa, c’è un po’ di tutto, pur essendo più da hotel di buona qualità che da cinque stelle. Mio marito ha chiesto un’omelette e gliel’hanno preparata fresca al momento, cosa molto apprezzata

Cons:

Unico piccolo neo: gli orari della colazione e della palestra, che secondo noi dovrebbero aprire prima, soprattutto per chi ama allenarsi o fare colazione presto al mattino.o per esigenze di lavoro

Convenable mais avec bémols

accueil souriant, néanmoins peu réactif à notre souci de clim.Bonne literie, équipements convenables

Cons:

ayant signalé à deux reprises que la clim dans notre chambre ne se laissait pas régler (40° à notre arrivée!) on nous a promis l'intervention d'un technicien mais rien n'en fut.
Situation du complexe dans une zona d'activité commerciale et proximité du trafic

Dosyć ciche miejsce, wszędzie czysto, obsługa miła. Śniadanie było smaczne, ale bardzo skromne. Świetna świeżo parzona kawa.

Cons:

Śniadania mają potencjał na naprawdę przyjemne doświadczenie, jednak niestety komfort ich spożywania mocno obniża zachowanie obsługi. Podczas śniadania personel bardzo głośno rozmawia w kuchni, trzaska talerzami, sztućcami i szafkami, a dźwięki te dodatkowo mieszają się z (przyjemną) muzyką i jednocześnie odgłosami telewizora. W pewnym momencie jedna z osób z obsługi stała także przy wejściu i paliła e-papierosa.

Mimo pozornie przyjemnej atmosfery i spokojnej muzyki w tle trudno powiedzieć, że śniadania odbywają się w spokojnej atmosferze, ponieważ odgłosy personelu przeszkadzają gościom i to mocno wpływa na odbiór miejsca.

Życzę Państwu, aby udało się to poprawić, ponieważ wraz z tym znacząco wzrośnie komfort całego pobytu.

Really good hotel but ignore reception recommendations.

Location, breakfast, restaurant staff.

Cons:

One staff member on reception suggested a boat tour and sold us a trip that was clearly run by one of her mates which was not only disappointing but not the trip that was sold to us. Given it was to be our only boat trip for our stay it was a complete waste of time. She also only recommended overpriced touristy restaurants- clearly she was getting a kickback from these as her reasons to suggest to us.
