All in all, it was one of the best hotels.
Pros:

Easily accessible. Right beside the mall and restaurants. Staff were friendly. Allowed us to check in early.

I would stay here again!
Pros:

Overall, my stay at this location was great! I would certainly return! The front desk staff was exceptional! The air conditioning didn't meet my expectations didn't seem to be very cool at night which made sleeping a little uncomfortable. I dined in for breakfast. There is an African American cook, and he provided great customer service made sure I had silver ware and was very attentive. There was a Caucasian male working the front end and he didn't even acknowledge my presence, never asked me if I needed anything but was extremely sociable and friendly to the other Caucasians present in the dining area. Being that I am an African American female I certainly don't want to attribute that to race but the obvious was just that. Again, great stay overall but yeah!

Cons:

I was most displeased with my experience while eating breakfast.
