Aside from the stray hair in the shower and freezer pool, we had a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The property was central to the other places we wanted to visit. It was also very close to places to eat as well as it being located in the Southaven Towne Center Mall. Also near the Tanger Outlet. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The things we didn’t like: (1) Found stray hair in the shower, (2) Free breakfast was not included (continental was $8 ea and buffet was $15 ea), and (3) Their was no hot tube and the pool was extremely cold.

Perfect Hilton Property in the Memphis/South Haven Area
Pros:

I am very happy with my stay at the location. The Cleanliness was a typical Garden Inn. Rooms were very spacious - no complaints. Breakfast was perfect for the price. The location is near lots of shopping centers. Definately worth the location.

One plus is their was Hotel Shuttle- Which is rarity at staying at hotels in the Memphis Area. I would stay at this location again.

Pros:

No remote fortv. Maintenance personnever

Cons:

No remote asked and never received it. I was charged $25 more than cost of room which was not expected. In addition still had to pay $25 for incidentals which was expected.
