Mixed reports: some guests praised clean rooms, while others reported dusty furniture, carpets needing replacement and at least one unmade room on arrival.
Service
8.8
Generally described as friendly and helpful by multiple guests, though there are notable negative incidents (unfriendly reception, a guest felt accused by a manager) leading to a mixed but overall positive service perception.
Location
10
Very strong: repeatedly praised for being right next to the Mercedes-Benz Museum and stadium, excellent for events and museum visits.

Comportamento estranho do hotel
Pros:

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, the room was ok. The AC was broken during our stay, but they did give us a portable fan to help. It is RIGHT next to the Mercedes musuem and the stadium, so if that's why your going - it's just a short walk!.

Nice, clean, just not efficient during events
Pros:

We spent one night here as we came for a concert. Amazing location right next to the stadium. Very well isolated windows from the outside noise. Very kind personnel.
The only couple of downsides: as it was day of a concert, the waiting line for check in was extremely long going even outside the hotel. As it is hotel at event location, mass checkins should be anticipated and handled.
The price for such a small room was around 400€. And the hotel parking is nowhere marked. The front street is closed when there is a concert and you just run in circles

Pros:

Bonjour,

SUPER Adresse, fairer Preis sehr nettes Personal
Pros:

Liegt SUPER zentral zu
VfB Stadion, der Porsche Halle & zufälliger Weise noch zum Cannstatter Wasen .. saubere, helle Zimmer .. Standard-Modern, sehr nettes Personal & Service .. fairer Preis! ..
