Hotel muito bom em conforto e café da manhã, apenas tive uma experiência desagradável no domingo a noite, pedi uma pizza delivery, estava eu e meu amigo aguardando na recepção a entrega e de repente o gerente da recepção me disse que houve um roubo no hotel e me pediu o nro do meu quarto. Passei a ele e confirmou no sistema mas disse que meu amigo não aparecia. Fui buscar a minha reserva no quarto a qual tinha sido impressa, ao voltar arecepção, a pizza chegou, mas o gerente me disse que eu não poderia sair do hotel, estaria impedido de ir buscar a pizza até esclarecimentos.Passei o impresso a ele e depois me liberou, junto com meu amigo, mas me senti constrangido de não poder sair do hotel , me senti sendo acusado de suspeito, sendo que sou honesto e não fiz nada. Adorei a cidade mas esse hotel não volto mais

Unterkunft ist etwas unfreundlich und spartanisch, Personal umgeschult, kein Trinkwasser auf dem Zimmer, dem Wunsch der zwei Zimmer nebeneinander wurde nicht entsprochen. Das erste Zimmer zum beziehen war unaufgeräumt...

Great location for the Mercedes museum and stadium. Nice hotel.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, the room was ok. The AC was broken during our stay, but they did give us a portable fan to help. It is RIGHT next to the Mercedes musuem and the stadium, so if that's why your going - it's just a short walk!.

We spent one night here as we came for a concert. Amazing location right next to the stadium. Very well isolated windows from the outside noise. Very kind personnel.
The only couple of downsides: as it was day of a concert, the waiting line for check in was extremely long going even outside the hotel. As it is hotel at event location, mass checkins should be anticipated and handled.
The price for such a small room was around 400€. And the hotel parking is nowhere marked. The front street is closed when there is a concert and you just run in circles

Nous sommes très déçu de cet expérience. En effet, aucune information d'accès particulière lié au déroulement du match a côté de l'établissement ne nous a été transmise par l'hôtel autant vous dire la difficulté qu'on a eu pour arriver sur place, pire personne ne nous a averti que le parking ne serait pas accessible alors qu'il est indiqué parking payant lors de la réservation, quant au confort du canapé lit dans une suite pour 4 personnes facturées en tant que telle, cela reste très sommaire et absolument inconfortable... Bref je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel qui est loin d'être à la hauteur des autres Hilton déjà fréquentés.
