Personnels sérieux, réactifs et à l’écoute !

Cons:

Les WC présentaient une odeur persistante d’urine. La suite était poussiéreuse, notamment le tapis ainsi que le canapé-lit. Le mobilier de la kitchenette était en état manifeste de fragilité et de défaillance. L’un des éléments muraux s’est détaché de manière inopinée et est tombé sur mon arcade frontale. Un mois après l’accident, je présente encore des douleurs à ce niveau.

Rouen ci ha riservato molte piacevoli sorprese, e la struttura è stata un ottimo punto d’appoggio per la visita

Ottima struttura, appartamento molto comodo e molto ben attrezzato, personale molto cortese, la posizione consente di raggiungere il centro con una bella passeggiata lungo la Senna.

Pros:

Belles chambres, spacieuses et bien équipées, très confortables. Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Je pensais avoir payé le parking avec la chambre, mais il fallait un supplément (alors qu'il semble y avoir des emplacements gratuits facilement accessibles dans les alentours).

Camera fronte rumorosissima strada a veloce scorrimento.
Bagno improponibile con water separato di una scomodità unica visto che manca il bidet.
Problematico l'accesso al parking per auto di grosse dimensioni.
Letto con coprimaterasso di plastica o carta (?) che creava rumore al minimo movimento.
Si salva solo la buona pulizia della camera.
