Clean, easy to get to.
Desk was unstaffed for 10+ minutes at check in. Breakfast was late by over 20 minutes. Pillows not comfortable at all. Water has strange color/odor. Lids to coffee cups didn’t fit. Severely overpriced for what was offered, especially at a Hilton.
The price for the room did not match the type of room, for me it was a normal hotel room with no special amenities that would have warranted such a high room rate.
Everything was ok with the room but i think it might be getting close to a bath remodel.
1 star. This Hilton Garden Inn is extremely outdated, old, and not well maintained. The room felt dirty, and the bathroom had mold on the tub, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff was rude and unwilling to help with my reservation, making an already bad experience even worse. For a Hilton-branded property, this was a major disappointment. I will not be returning.

We are frequent visitors over the past 4 years. The last 3 visits the hot water on our side has not worked. This has been a know issue for several months and still not resolved. Last stay we were able to swap rooms but not this time. We would love to continue to support this place as we are Hilton members, but most likely will find another place

This stay was the second time that we didn’t have hot water for our stay. They were able to move our room but this had been an issue when we came prior in November. We stay frequently here, but to have a known issue not resolved with hot water is not acceptable.
We got there. It took 20 minutes to Check-in when we got up to the room. It wasn't really clean. It didn't have any toilet paper. I had to go downstairs and get toilet paper. The phone didn't work. We had to go downstairs to get towels. And the next day we didn't even get any towels until that night.
The pool was horrible. Everything about the hotel was horrible. I didn't get my deposit back yet. Still, I've never stayed at a hotel that I didn't get my deposit back when I left it was a horrible experience. My kids didn't even have fun. Couldn't even swim in the pool. There was so much chlorine in there and it was dirty all around the pool. Dirty towels everything and the staff didn't seem to care that we didn't have towels or anything.
It was a horrible experience. I've tried to call and talk to the manager and they won't even call me back.
Desk attendant was so kind and very quick. Amazing service checking in and out.

Very noisy on 4th floor, loud doors slamming until after 1:00 am. Next door was definitely very loud.
Also breakfast was included with my package and there was nothing but bread left. Front desk nicely explained big crowd, but that is no excuse when you pay extra.😞
The staff was very professional and polite.
The property is old and in disrepair. It did not live up to my expectations of a Hilton property in any way. The room we’d reserved was given away to another party, so we were reassigned another floor/room. We were promised compensation for the inconvenience, and while some of what was promised did happen, we’re still waiting to see if they follow through to completion.
This has to be one of the WORST stays I've ever had. This is my third stay and the last. Where do I begin? Poor check in experience, employees fighting and arguing at the bar and in the kitchen over the food, lack of food available, PUBIC hairs on the toilet seat and Housekeeping stealing and rummaging through my items! I mean good lord who's at the wheel?! Get me out of here immediately cause I'm done!
Location and cleanliness.
The hotel was having all room carpets cleaned, whether or not you were in the room. Made no sense. This is the busiest weekend travel of the year (Thanksgiving). Our first room - the HVAC didn’t come on. The second room had a lamp that didn’t work, brown water in the toilet (rust) and lots of rust stains in the tub. We wouldn’t even use it. This place needs a lot of updating.
