Amazing and we would comeback for a staycation.
Pros:

The cleanliness and comfort exceeded our expectations. We were so comfortable and accommodated any time we needed anything!

Cons:

Second day, no one came into our room to clean or do anything or make the beds or vacuum. The rugs are empty the trashcan. We had no signs of the door telling them to stay out. I complained to the manager on duty or the staff member on duty they said they would have the Jennifer I think it was General Manager called me and do some kind of Talk to me regarding maybe a reduction in price. They list to say she never called me very disappointed.

A good night’s sleep with no shower.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was very nice and the hot tub was actually hot. We were in a queen suite so it was a good sized room. And the kids loved the towel sculptures. The breakfast was well stocked with a large variety of foods. We slept well… it was quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was no hot water for the duration of our stay due to a malfunction with the heater system. The laminate on the top of the desk was coming up a great deal which made the room look very shabby. The built in charging ports next to the bed did not work. The WiFi is only free if you sign up for their rewards program.

Me likey!
Pros:

I liked the staff and how late the pool was open and the breakfast and fitness center. Of course the cleanliness and comfort was exceptional as always. Hotels like this is the reason I enjoy traveling.

Cons:

Well, I didnt like the fact that I havent stayed hear before. We are always cramed up at the mother in laws house.

Pros:

Always like staying at the Hampton Inn. This time they didn’t service the room every day. When we complained, we were told it is a new process but we were not told of this. Website here and on their website says daily cleaning. Josh was nice and got us towels, but they didn’t service the room the next day after he said it would be cleaned every day. But they don’t make the beds-only give clean towels. Did get better after that. Couldn’t use the pool one day but not hotel’s fault-child had an accident and they room care of cleaning it.
Breakfast is always good.
