Ok
Ok
The hotel staff worked together. A very solid team effort. They took care of all of my requests along with making sure that I had everything I needed. I liked the 24 hr. coffee bar. The "fill your water bottle" at the drinking fountain to save on plastic bottles.
They don't have enough Handicap rooms with "walk in "showers for we elderly customers, who have difficulty stepping in tubs with slick bottoms. That is my only complaint.
Todo muy bien la ubicación y el desayuno
stqff was great and the room was nicely appointed.
RUST around door inside bathroom, water pressure was bad and hot water took too long to come out of faucets.
WORST THING: I was charged an extra FEE to park on the hotel property!!!!!!!!!!! This was not disclosed at time of booking.
PAY EXTRA TO PARK ON GROUNDS OF HOTEL I PAID FOR????????????????
Upon arrival we received a friendly greeting at the front desk.
Unfortunately we found out that the fire alarm worked. The alarm woke us all up shortly after 3am. It felt like it rang forever and when it finally stopped no one came around to check on guests or to let us know anything. Other guests were out in the hallway also wondering what was going on. My husband was trying to call front desk from our room but he was unsuccessful, so he tried going to the front desk to find out. He said he was told that there had been an issue in the kitchen and everything was OK.
I struggled falling a sleep after, so I was awake when it started again. The microwave read it was 4:55am and the alarm sounded a few times again before suddenly stopping. I heard someone out in the hall saying it was a false alarm.
I was disappointed with the dirty smell of the room and the linens.
I've stayed with my family in other Hampton Inns and this was bad.
We were there for a bike race and they were very accommodating with early bfast.
No good restaurants nearby. Limited parking when hotel is busy.
