Have used it before and location is great.
Property had gone down hill significantly since last there two years ago. Is dirty - dust, items broken, bits hanging off and repairs needed, no soap supplied, bits of old furniture and used boxes in passage ways …. No chance we’d be using this place again. We also had a unit on the main road and traffic noise unbearable. Like sleeping on a motorway. Not at all what we were looking for in a holiday break.
Clean comfortable close to 4mile beach
There are no saucepans or small bowls. The kitchen is not set up well for a couples stay, but it is a couples apartment

The bed was soft and seemed old
The location was great, the house was very clean and comfortable
Some laundry detergent would have been nice
The pool was a great size and the water temperature was warm. The location being a few minutes walk to beach and town was great. When we had a problem with a blind in the bedroom the staff came to sort it immediately.
Our room overlooked the carpark so next time I will ask for one overlooking the pool.
The dish rack was very grubby, needed a good scrub. It would have been handy to have a jug to put water in the fridge.

Very relaxing place to stay. All the things we need
The pool was lovely, bed was comfortable and the position was easy walk to beach and Surf club, cafes etc.
The fridge was noisy. Not the apartment itself but there were smokers nearby. The lack of a dishwasher was strange but wasn't a huge issue.

Facilities were great and place was very clean. Love the convenient location and overall vibe was lovely.
The pool was good
The bed was pretty firm and it was a little too far from town.
The proximity to town and the beach. The harbour was also only a 10-minute walk. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and crockery.
There was really nothing that I didn't like about the property.
The only suggestion I would make is better signage to the rooms on arrival.
