Ot was ok , but we were expecting to swim in the pool it was very cold and shallow made for kids

Pros:

Seul l'employée à l'arrivée était gentille.

Cons:

Les employés du service alimentaire étaient plutôt impatients et le comptoir alimentaire plus que ordinaire, ainsi que la propreté de ces lieux.

J'ai adoré la gentillesse des employées de la réception et la proximité entre piedmont et tremblant
Pros:

J'ai aimé mes 3 nuits à l'hôtel avec ma petite fille.
Les employées à la réception et salle à manger sont vraiment dévouées et gentilles.

Cons:

Quelques commentaires constructifs :
- L'écho des enfants qui crient à la piscine est à la limite insupportable. Plusieurs parents ont quitté à cause du bruit insoutenable. Si on pouvait s'asseoir à la salle à manger pour observer nos enfants, ça ferait le bonheur de bcq de parents qui n'ont pas à intervenir rapidement. Où comme dans les écoles de danse pour enfants, il y a un grand écran à l'extérieur de la salle des enfants afin que les parents puissent regarder leur enfant danser ou.... nager et s'amuser.

- le buffet devrait être installé de façon que les clients ne soient pas coincés et obligés d'attendre que les ''toasts'' soient grillés. Le grille pains devrait être installé à l'écart comme le café comme dans la majorité des hôtels du sud.

La femme de chambre nettoie la chambre aux 3e jour seulement.
La piscine est une piscine avec glissade pas mal plus pour jeunes enfants.

Amazing!
Pros:

Property was clean, well located, lots of parking

Cons:

I wasn’t a fan of the slide, it was super dangerous because kids were flying everywhere. Parents didn’t seem too interested to apply the safety rules

Pros:

Les enfants se sont vraiment amusés à la piscine. La suite familiale avec la petite chambre pour les enfants et la console de jeu, c’est cool! Dejeuner quand meme assez surprenant.

Pros:

Les gens étaient très sympathique. Belle chambre et bon déjeuner.

Cons:

Malheureusement une couverture d’extra pour faire le lit de ma fille était tachée. J’ai juste remballé le tout dans le sac avec l’oreiller et je suis allée à l’accueil pour un échange.
