Mountains
Not able to go out on a balcony to enjoy the mountains. Not enough seating at the table. The air conditioner was noisy.

The overall property was well maintained rooms where very clean and the staff were very kind and always available for anything that you may need.

Staff were nice
Beds to hard. Pillows hard. Air conditioner was draining loudly every other hour through the night.
Room was adequate for our purposes -- to break up out long drive to the beach. Breakfast: Also adequate, but not much more.
No POOL. We booked through booking.com, which told us the property had a POOL. Desk clerk told us this was a problem with third-party booking sites, and that the company's website (IHG) is correct. (I verified. She is correct.) We had some disappointed kids. I will say the clerk offered to let me cancel reservation. We were tired. We stayed. ALSO: Outside the lobby smells distinctly of urine. Hotel is "dog friendly," and that apparently means "let your dog pee where they want to pee." Not sure how you fix that.
