Pros:

أعجبني نظافة الفندق بشكل كبير، كما أن حجم الغرف ممتاز ومريح.
الإفطار متنوع، لكن خياراته محدودة نوعًا ما للعرب والمسلمين ، وأتمنى توسيعها مستقبلًا.
هناك مجمع قريب منه و كذلك مترو

I really liked the cleanliness of the hotel, and the room size was excellent and comfortable.
The breakfast was varied, but the selection was somewhat limited for Arab and Muslims, and I hope to see more options in the future.
There is a shopping mall nearby, as well as a metro station, which makes the location very convenient

Cons:

الموقع جيد والخدمة بشكل عام مقبولة، لكن كنت أتمنى سرعة أكبر في إجراءات الـ Check-in حيث استغرق وقتًا أطول من المتوقع بعد رحلة سفر طويلة.
كذلك كانت درجة حرارة الغرفة مرتفعة بسبب تشغيل نظام التدفئة المركزي لجميع الغرف، مما جعل الغرفة غير مريحة رغم محاولات التهوية.
أتمنى من إدارة الفندق إعطاء مرونة أكبر في التحكم بدرجة الحرارة وتحسين سرعة إجراءات الاستقبال لتحسين تجربة النزلاء مستقبلاً.
The location is good and the overall service was acceptable. However, I was hoping for a faster check-in process, as it took longer than expected after a long journey.
Additionally, the room was quite warm due to the central heating system being turned on for all rooms, which made the stay uncomfortable despite trying to ventilate the room.
I hope the hotel management can improve the check-in efficiency and allow more flexibility in room temperature control to enhance the guest experience.

Pros:

Good to have a standing shower. Climbing in and out of the bathtub can be a bit challenging especially for elderly people.

Cons:

Don't like the bathtub. Not practical in today environment where the pace of a city does not allow you to soak in the tub, when other places with good massage facilities are readily and modernly available.

It was wonderful and a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The hotel is 3 min walk from the metro station, and is only 3 - 5 stops away from the main metro interchange/and main shopping districts. Most attractions is within 5 - 7 metro stops away.

Just cross the road to hotel is a very lively shopping mall with lots of food, retail and supermarket options. Just next to the hotel is a very big hypermarket.

Diagonally opposite are the local residences, where there are lots of local shops selling local crusine.

Cons:

Basically is all good, except there are people who stayed in the hotel, and they open the window and smoke. Its not due to the hotel but its those who stayed in hotel. Maybe the hotel can provide some aroma diffuser for those in need.

Cons:

The manager of the hotel was rude. Book assessible room. Room is assessible cos it is big. But shower area is not. Spoke to the hotel manager. His tone was rude. Not going back. There are better ones outside.

Need improvement on wheelchair assessible room toilet.
Pros:

Good location with alot of Malls surrounding the hotel.

Cons:

Do note that their wheelchair assessible room is not that assessible for the shower part. As they only have bathtub. Breakfast wise was soso only.
