Pros:

It was fine.
Location was great for centre
However a wee bit dodgy in hotel area as well .Nothing to prove that but you just get that feeling sometimes. 🤔
Santa cruz a great one night visit .

What a complete and utter s##t hole

Cons:

Couldn’t get a coffee or any beverage, needs gutting and complete renovation the decor is depressing, there was holes in walls which are paper thin hearing other guests several rooms away, they let workmen into our room while we were out during the day that started drillng holes at 8.30am, it was that bad we had booked for 2 nights but went home after 1st night. The receptionists we met were very nice and there was hot water. Thats it

Ottima soluzione essenziale e pulita
Pros:

Struttura essenziale, con buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Pulita, buoni materassi, personale molto collaborativo simpatico efficiente. Il receptionist ci ha dato ottimi consigli per il ristorante della cena e ci ha aiutato per la prenotazione del taxi per l'aeroporto di TNF per la mattina seguente. Si trova a 700 metri dalla stazione di interscambio degli autobus, raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi, così anche per Piazza di Spagna

L'essenzialità della struttura, ben compensata dal buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
