-The owner will be held responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
-In the event of noise, disturbances, or inappropriate behavior, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay.
-A €100 security deposit will be required and refunded at check-out once the condition of the room has been verified.

La ubicación céntrica para moverte por Santa Cruz caminando o acceder a una parada de tranvía. Las camas eran cómodas y el baño tenía gel de manos y ducha y estaba bastante completo. Tenía aire acondicionado y la habitación que nos tocó no había ruido exterior.
Las instalaciones comunitarias del hotel estaban muy estropeadas y anticuadas. Los muebles de las habitaciones también eran antiguos y en nuestro caso tenía carcoma alguno de los muebles.

Alojamiento céntrico, de precio contenido y con personal atento y cálido.
La amabilidad del recepcionista que nos recibió al medio día, se disculpó encarecidamente por el retraso en la entrega de llaves.
Evidentemente si tienen una limpiadora para todas las salidas/entradas es imposible que una persona pueda con todo eso. Porque además había ola de calor.
La ubicación está bien si asistes a conciertos y etc. pero por la zona hay hoteles mucho mejor dotados por un poco de dinero más.
Las instalaciones son del siglo XIV, la ducha se salía el agua y el piso era resbaladizo

Para el precio y la ubicación no está mal. El problema principal es que tuvimos que esperar casi una hora a que nos dieran la habitación porque por una mala gestión por parte de la administración no estaba preparada cuando llegamos

The location was great, staff very welcoming.
Wi-fi very intermittent, no bedside tables. Tired bath rust around plug hole. No fridge in bedroom. Toilet seat annoying wouldn't stay up when required kept falling down.
New curtains would give the room alot better look.
