Rooms were always noisy with windows into the corridors from the bathrooms. Very dated.

Restaurant staff could be a bit more friendly and approachable.

Staff at breakfast could try and smile and be more friendly, ladies on the reception were very helpful. Ladies and dining area extremely miserable and unhelpful.

Need renovations. This hotel is falling apart.

The hotel was outdated. The breakfast was so bad in terms of sausages were highly processed and tasted like burnt plastic. The eggs were not cooked properly and when we asked for an omlette we were told no. The bacon was hidden in the back and you could only have this if you asked. There were birds in the dining area which left only toast for us to eat which came out burnt most of the time as you were not allowed to change the dial on the toasters.

There were cockroaches in the hotel and praying mantis. The pool was filthy and the kids pool was dangerous for the children who both cut their feet in it leading to us having to make bandages and purchase antiseptic cream.

The room we were put in was on the third floor with a canopy directly outside which was dangerous for the children. I requested to be moved and was told this was not possible and that they would get back to us which they never did.

The room was old and dirty, the air conditioner was noisy and old and the beds had only sheets to cover. The walls were filthy. The bar closed at 5pm and the hotel had constant men in large groups in and out which is worrying with two small children.

The hotel needs to be refurbished and renovated. The pool needs to be cleaned to avoid illness and the floor fixed.

The breakfast needs to be improved and the grounds sprayed for insects.

Durante a noite houve um curto-circuito na tomada da TV, começou a sair faíscas e fumaça. Tive que sair correndo para chamar ajuda na recepção. Fui atendido por um senhor com algumas dificuldades para andar, ao chegar no apartamento ele não sabia como resolver o problema ou tão pouco como desligar o disjuntor do quarto. Pediu para que nos mudássemos de apartamento e apenas deixássemos a porta fechada, sendo que a tomada estava claramente em curto-circuito, havia um principio de incêndio no quarto!! O prédio estava cheio de hóspedes e poderia ter pegado fogo. Tudo foi de uma imensa irresponsabilidade!! Não havia uma pessoa apta a resolver qualquer problema emergencial no hotel, muito perigoso.
Fomos realocados em um apartamento térreo em outro prédio. Não dormi o resto da noite toda, pensando que poderia haver um incêndio.
O apartamento tinha paredes mofadas e sem manutenção, a cama era irregular com péssimos travesseiros. As luzes eram brancas. O hotel precisa de uma grande reforma!
De manhã foi até o breakfest, que era servido por pessoas com péssimo humor. Não havia qualquer opção de comida saudável, apenas comida industrializada, ultraprocessados e fritura.
A expectativa era de uma noite de sono e café da manhã no outro dia para poder pegar um voo tranquilo. Nada saiu como o esperado.
Não recomendo este local!!!

Was booked into a room with a double bed instead of a queen bed as requested, no TV service was available, unable to adjust the AC, toilet bowl had a dark stain, pillows were extremely flat, no cups or mugs were in the room, np safety lock on the door. Online pictures need updating as they can be misleading.
