Pros:

Property and rooms were very tastefully designed and well maintained and clean. Staff was very helpful from reception to room boys. Food taste was delicious. Location is also very near to monuments and airport.

The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, the hotel needs renovation. Not at all value for
Money. For the same rate you get Novotel which is a newer property stay there. I checked in to the hotel to find “potty” in the toilet followed by stained flooring and smelly room. After making a hue and cry was shifted and upgraded to a suite which was equally poorly maintained with floors broken, stained flooring. Had marriage next door so just stayed on but for the cost they charge it was completely not a value for money

It was ok, due to washroom condition and issues entire comfort was questionable
Pros:

Washroom isssue. Taps were dripping continuously making Washroom wet all the time. Hand shower was not working, it was looking like municiple local Washroom. Mirror in gallery was having internal damp so visibility issue. Room was extremely good but with such Washroom issues overall comfort of stay was gone.
