Clean, Safe and Comfortable
Pros:

Delightful owner makes you feel at home. Easy access location. Older property but well maintained with clean and safe room. Pool looks great for hot summer travel days.

Pros:

It was convenient to the 10 freeway. We could park right beside our door. Though close to the freeway, it was surprisingly quiet…outside. Place was adequate/clean/fair priced.

Cons:

We couldn’t use the pool…had just put in chemicals so unable to use it. Beds and pillows were really firm for my taste. The heat/ac window unit was NOISY. It kept waking me up so I finally got up and unplugged the stupid thing. When leaving in the morning, I checked the door and realized the card key wasn’t necessary!! The door didn’t lock at all. Be sure you use the deadbolt lock when you stay! Tiny shampoo, tiny coffee packet, one water. Breakfast wasn’t included tho I thought I saw it was when I booked. I looked at several so that might be my error.

Great Stay for Road Trip
Pros:

We really loved this place. It is run by a really nice couple, who are very attentive. We kind of spent hours just chatting on our experiences. The amenities were perfect and the place was really safe. The location is most convenient with a few restaurants nearby. Also it is a great location to break a long roadtrip between Cali-Arizona. All facilities were as per our expectations and they also ensured the room was spotlessly cleaned.

Over all excellent, rooms were the best I’ve been to in Blythe so far.

nothing fancy, but the bed was super comfortable on the pillow was also super comfortable and I’m very picky about both

Convenience to the highway, and the owners were very welcoming, even though I checked in after midnight

Cons:

The mess on the ground from the palm trees. I had to walk on all kinds of little seed pods all around my car. they need to have a couple of rugs in the room, especially by the bed and the sink.

Good value, family-friendly, comfortable stay
Pros:

The owners were very friendly and had turned on the air conditioning ahead of our arrival, which we really appreciated. They made sure we had everything we needed and even gave us suggestions for where to get dinner. It is definitely an older style property but the photos are accurate and everything was clean and servicable. Our room was large and had plenty of room for our family of 5. It was really quiet and close to a supermarket and multiple places to get dinner. This was a great stop on our way between Joshua Tree and Flagstaff and good value for money.
