The hotel front desk shows no emotion. I would imagine when you are checking in or have a question the front desk staff would greet you with a hello or a have a smile on their face, every single front desk person looked like it is a chore to help you. So that is what you get when you arrive a plain look and no exchange of good morning. The snack shack at the pool has posted hours. Every day we were there the snack booth would be closed at least 10 minutes prior to the posted hours. Now I know it can be a pain when someone shows up at 10:20 a.m. for coffee and you close at 10:30 a.m. but then why have posted hours? As far as the parking. Your security officers are a joke. I know you only have a limited number of spaces and what I was told it was a first come first serve and if you could not get a space you had to park in the garage across the street. I came two different days and pulled into the front parking spot after a vehicle had pulled out. Each time your Security Officer (Mark with the long goatee) would put a cone in the spot. The second time I asked why he was putting a cone in the spot. His response was it was a handicap space. I challenged him and told him it was not marked as handicap as there are 2 spaces in front of the door that was marked handicap. He then told me that it was for an elderly person. I then asked what did "elderly" mean as I could also be considered elderly by some people. He then asked what the big deal was. I told him I was told these spaces were first come, first serve. None of the spaces were marked. I then asked him if he was paid to hold the spot for the guest which would also be wrong. He did not give me an answer. I pulled my car away and parked in the garage across the street. Not once but two different occasions he did this. Is this normal? Is this your hotel policy? The other issue I had was our hair dryer did not work. We asked the front desk if they by chance had a replacement. They told us they would replace it immediately. We left came back about 4 hours later and no hair dryer. The front desk then told us someone was on the way to replace the hair dryer. We told them we would be going out to dinner, and they could enter any time. Much to my surprise the next day the hair dryer had not been fixed or replaced. Again, went down to the front desk and the front desk agent said they were on the way.... Nothing. We had to call again for a fourth time when finally, someone came to replace the dryer. If they could not have fixed it the first time just say we can't fix this and then we would have went out and brought a hair dryer. Again, complete indifference to the customer. Not sure what your policy is on refreshing the room. We had also asked the front desk if they could clean our room. They said yes and of course no one showed up the entire time we stayed.

Overall very disappointed in your hotel.

The pool was nice. The location was excellent. I took advantage of the on-site salon and was very pleased. We liked that it was safe and secure.
