It’s a beautiful beach and family friendly, the reviews were pretty spot on so I won’t elaborate but
Pros:

Enjoyed the boardwalk and pool area, lots of shops and restaurants. Very nice location and very family friendly.

Cons:

Basically the staff was nice, with the exception of a young woman at the front desk who had horrible customer service skills. She was rude and extremely unprofessional. A family of four standing near and heard our conversation told me she’d done the same to them. She continued with her attitude the whole five days I was there. If the owners are interested I have her name and a snap shot of her resting rude face, I’d be happy to send it to corporate.

We love staying there. Employees are nice and helpful, it’s got a great pool area. It’s beachfront.
Cons:

Some items needed for cooking use were not in unit type A. In type B unit, no items I.e. napkins, plates, utensils etc. to use microwave.

La limpieza es.lo único que me gusta del hotel...

1. La falta de ofertas de comida y bebidas... todo es por horarios y uno se queda con ganas de ci er t beber porque todo cierra temprano ahh y si venden bebidas no venden comida y viceversa.... vaya super decepcionado..

2.En las habitaciones me pasé 3 noches no la limpian no ponen más aseo ni papeles ni nada es de verdad horrible.

Bien ubicado frente a la playa. Buen parking.

Cons:

La pileta estaba limpia el primer dia, luego se veia muy turbia. No limpian la habitacion, solo cambian las toallas dos veces a la semana.

À part l’emplacement …. Et le monsieur du stationnement rien

Cons:

Le personnel est ultra bête et lent ! La seul person gentille était le vieux monsieur du stationnement! Le corridor sent le vomis intense! Il mentionne un lit et un divan lit en gros c’est comme deux lit de qualité très mauvaise donc le sofa la ….. honnêtement des spring en moins …. Mais personne ne devrais souffrir a dormir dedans …. Même chose pour le supposé lit …. Aucune fan dans la salle de bain …. Manque de couverture …. Compliqué avoir accès au gym ou au grill ! Ont a limpression des déranger en tout temps !!!

C’est un des pires établissements que j’ai fais pour le prix complètement chère pour ce que cetais !

Je ne recommande vraiment pas cette hôtel

J’ai bien hâte de voir ma facture finale

Vue sur la mer, grandeur de la chambre, disponibilités du stationnement, accès à la plage, piscine chauffée et spa

Cons:

Insonorisation et odeur venant des cuisines des autres chambres, papiers de toilette insuffisant et le coût de 1$ pour l'acquisition, aucun ménage gratuit il y avait des frais de $50., les ascenseurs sont petites

Que estuviera en primera linea de playa

Que no hay servicio a la habitacion sino la pagas.. que te dejan 2 rollos de papel higienico y el teecero si lo necesitaa te lo cobran..lo mismo el jabon solo. 2 jabones de tocador .no hay shampoo ..etc para una semana que estuvimos

First time visit and we loved it.
Pros:

Location. Lovely staff.

Cons:

Would have been lovely to have a machine with fresh coffee in the foyer say 7-9 am. Just a little thing but I heard a few people mention this. Makes the difference between returning or not. It’s kind of an unspoken indication that guests matter.

Trashy back area where the beach is at. The restaurants closed due to time share counseling space. That should have been updated in the website I would have never stayed here with these type of issues. Just trash!!!
