Never a 4* hotel, disappointing!

Definitely not a 4* hotel!
We didn't get a room with a beach view as promised and had to ask for a move. No soap or handwash supplied...unbelievable! , No daily room cleaning, towel changes only on Mondays and Thursdays and guests had to put used towels outside door in a white basket! Shower was old and not great. No usb access...essential nowadays. Very disappointing.

Cons:

The service has been very poor over the past year; the last time I visited—in September 2025—it was excellent, but this time it was terrible. The manager's attitude was appalling, and the pool bar offered no service—everything was frozen. It’s a shame. Regarding the in-room coffee service, there was only one packet for two people over the course of three days; the air conditioner noise was horrible and kept me from sleeping, and the toilet wouldn't flush
