Cadre agréable, et personnel sympa.

Cons:

L'hotel a besoin d'une remise à neuf en profondeur, tout y est rafistolé. Le petit déjeuner est minimaliste, et il n'y a même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, bien qu'on puisse se servir à la fontaine d'eau de la réception, ce qu'on m'a dit au départ...

Breakfast was not amazing, had to ask for milk, eggs etc… very warm dining room so not keen to try the meats and cheese

Déception !
Pros:

Emplacement et le parking facile

Cons:

Le manque de soin pour certains détails indigne pour un trois étoiles
Miroir derrière la porte inexistant , il restait en rabâche les attaches
Miroir rond repliable dans la salle de bain cassé
Pommeau de douche dans la salle bain d’une autre chambre cassé ( un filet d’eau) pas de solution de rechange à la réception
Clim HS dans une autre chambre
On dirait que la salle des petits dej est toujours en travaux , le fond plafond n’est pas terminé ( dans le même état en décembre lors d’un précédent séjour )
Des trottinettes stockées derrière ce qui devait servir de bar dans une autre vie , empêchant l’accès à la chaise haute ! La jeune fille de l’accueil ignorait que le restaurant en disposait ….

Redescendez sur terre il y a au moins une étoile en trop dans votre établissement !

It as fine room was clean and staff were great.
Pros:

The pool, the staff, the shower and facilities for a one night stay were great.

Cons:

On booking.com they said the restaurant on site was available in the evening, however it had been closed since January 26!

Une bouilloire mais pas de the. Chambre communicante très bruyante. Manque de fourchette pour manger au petit déjeuner. J ai l habitude de fréquenter cette chaîne c est la première fois que je suis déçue. A améliorer

Pas de plateau tisane ou thé dans la chambre. Une simple bouilloire . Pas de restaurant, il était fermé, non précisé sur l'annonce. De la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Des insectes morts. Des chaînes télé ne marchaient pas.
