J'ai trouver dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus vs plein d'autre hotel que j'ai visiter en Ontario (la 5e cette année) .. Donc, j'ai trouver le prix quand meme cher pour se que l'hotel avait a offrir. Mais malgrer tout, hotel très propre, personnel sympathique. Rien a dire de plus

Cons:

Pleasant stay with helpful staffs.
Pros:

Good location with good value, my cousin left rings in the bathroom and probably it was three in garage bin , and hours later she found it was not on the finger, we drove back hotel and lucky cleaning lady still keep the garage bag and we found the rings in the bag. She was really happy and grateful.

A very well managed and operated hotel. I highly recommend it!
Pros:

The restaurant/room service is excellent. I had two dinners and they were both delicious.
This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The place is spotless including the lobby, lounge, hallways and rooms, everything is so well maintained. Housekeeping does an incredible job. All of the staff are very friendly and professional.

Cons:

It isn't a very walkable location, but that wasn't an issue for me as it was a good location to be based out of. There are some shops and restaurants that are next door and across the street, but I didn't explore much this visit as I enjoyed resting at the hotel.
It's easy to get in or out of the city from this locaiton if you have a car.
I didn't use their shuttle service, but noticed they have one.
