Wonderful..clean hotel in fantastic location.
Pros:

Great front desk ladies..room very clean and big. Great t v and love the double sink..Great water pressure. Nice decor..Great location. Easy parking

Cons:

Too much air freshener spray. Beds should be replaced..too soft and saggy for my back.

Comfortable, clean, good for a night.
Pros:

Big room, comfortable beds, quick drive to the main area of Pismo beach (not walkable), friendly staff, clean, tidy.

Cons:

No option for a rollaway bed, included breakfast not worth paying the extra money for, no hot tub.

No drinking water is provided. Normally a motel has lemon water in the lobby, and hotel as Hilton provide bottled water in the room, but none is provided here.
