Our stay at Badia di Pomaio was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. This resort is truly one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in Tuscany. The property is breathtaking — the peaceful gardens, stunning Tuscan scenery, gorgeous pool area, and authentic architecture create an unforgettable atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxing.
Every detail of the hotel is thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. You can truly feel the charm, elegance, and tranquility throughout the entire property. It felt like a dream staying here.
What made the experience even more exceptional was the incredible staff. Martina, Davide, Marco, Silvia, and Giulio were all amazing — warm, caring, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. They made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived and went above and beyond throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly elevated the entire experience.

Wunderschönes Hotel und definitiv eines der schönsten, in denen wir in Italien bisher waren. Das ehemalige Kloster wurde mit viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der traumhafte Garten mit den vielen Bäumen, Blumen und dem großen Gemüsegarten sowie der wunderschön gelegene Pool mit Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft.
Die Junior Suite war stilvoll eingerichtet und sehr durchdacht, mit viel Stauraum und einem großen, funktionellen Badezimmer. Der zweimal tägliche Zimmerservice war purer Luxus.
Ein ganz besonderes Lob gilt dem unglaublich freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal – vor allem dem gesamten Rezeptionsteam sowie Sylvia und Marco aus dem Restaurant. Hier wird wirklich versucht, jedem Gast jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

We were completely in love with the charm of Badia di Pomaio. It truly felt like stepping into a fairytale. Everything was so peaceful, natural, and beautifully decorated. The staff were so kind and attentive, and made us feel right at home.
The views are absolutely breathtaking ,picture perfect in every direction. The restaurant was amazing, fresh and full of flavor, with ingredients from their own garden. This is such a special place, one I’ll always recommend and can’t wait to come back to.
