Why not?
Pros:

It’s a Garden Inn. If you don’t go in expecting the Waldorf-Astoria, you won’t be disappointed. Seemed clean. Front desk staff friendly. Breakfast seemed a bit spartan, but we don’t go for the cuisine.
At the end of the day, we checked all the boxes.
No rave review, but nothing negative to say either.
This hotel was ideal for our Hoover Dam weekend. We’d return.

Pros:

A Hotel sign would be very helpful if one was on Sunset Station turning in from Warm Spring. Although we could see Hilton Garden Inn from Warm Spring.

Nice Place to Stay
Pros:

The size of the room was great and it was very clean. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The location was very nice with lots of shopping and places to eat nearby.

Cons:

The only complaint that I have is that my "do not disturb" placard was ignored on one of the days of my stay, and someone was in the room to clean when they should not have been. I felt as if it was a violation of my privacy, and it made me really unhappy.
