Pros:

The location and the super comfy beds.

Cons:

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom… whole floor smelled like cigarette smoke… and need more non pork meat options at breakfast. I did not like pork sausage being mixed in the scrambled eggs

SUPER close to the Beach, but the Rooms were Outdated & Noisy with Leaky Faucets
Pros:

We loved the location, not so keen on having to pay at $15 parking fee after paying rent for a room, seemed a little much! Super close to the beach was the BIG positive!

Cons:

Our room had a leaking faucet in the shower. It was so loud even with the door closed it echo ALL night, hardly slept. There was a rust stain that looked like blood in the shower as well. The hotel was sold out so no where to move to stay. The breakfast didn't have fresh fruit or much to offer.

Barely more comfortable than sleeping in mycar
Pros:

Nothing unless you consider as advertised the run down mortar shack is across the street from a beach. The awful 2x4 balcony with a bonus AC exhaust blasting away overlooks huge nasty garbage bins, industrial outdoor food lockers, and continuous traffic/parking is for your enjoyment if you choose a paid upgrade for the 'view'. Oh, and barking dogs to fulfill a stereo effect for additional ambience.

Cons:

As per my previous response there is nothing to like. The property even charges for parking when its free all around. From initial check-in where the agent hid behind a wall, so they thought, with what appeared to be an arm jutting out from their TV to immediately telling me i had no reservation. Oh, magically she finds an envelope with a key card shuffling it with the parking pass she charged me for. After a few minutes of silence and obvious disgust by the front desk lady she mumbles something and tosses the key on the desk. Yea, i could go on but what's the point. I learned a lesson so the choice is yours as to staying here.

Location was great. Breakfast was decent.

Cons:

Property is showing significant signs of aging, especially bathrooms. Toilet ran intermittently and water pressure was pretty bad. No stopper in the sink. We didn’t report anything until we left.

All in all it was a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.
