Pros:

The first room we were given had a water leak from the ceiling . I was surprised staff and cleaning staff was not aware as we were assigned this room after 4 pm because it was not ‘finished being cleaned’. We arrived at room 218 and heard clearly the water yeah. Called down to desk and changed the room. This was not easy as mute husband is handicapped.

Pros:

The location, staff and breakfast were very good. We had a great view of the beach from our room and could conveniently walk to the beach and restaurants. Also, very close to downtown area.

Cons:

The only complaint were the pillows were not very supportive. Normally it wouldn't be a big deal, but being 8 months pregnant it was very hard to sleep without extra pillow support.

Clean room. Sufficient parking. Breakfast included. Coffee available all day.

Cons:

The seating area for breakfast is very small. We had to take our breakfast to our room.
Location was across the street from the beach. $15 plus fees to park when we were already paying $175 off season for room facing parking lot across the street from the beach.

OK, BUT NOT MORE THAN AN AVERAGE EXPERIENCE.

FRONT DESK FOLKS ARE GOOD.........LOCATION NEAR BEACH IS GOOD.......WIFI IS OK......BREAKFAST IS OK........FACILITY IS CLEAN

ROOM COMFORT.....THERE WAS NO PLACE TO REST EXCEPT IN /ON THE BED. EVEN HAD TO BE ON THE BED TO WATCH TV. ROOMS NEED AT LEAST ONE COMFORTABLE CHAIR!!!!
ROOM SERVICE IS A PROBLEM. THERE IS NO REGULAR SERVICE LIKE IN A CHAIN HOTEL. WE HAD TO REQUEST TOWEL SERVICE EVERY DAY, AND WE DID NOT GET THE SERVICE WITHOUT SEVERAL REQUESTS.
THE PARKING FEE IS A NUISANCE FEE THAT ADDS TO THE ADVERTISED COST.....A PROFIT MAKER FOR THE HOTEL. DURING THE "SEASON", I CAN UNDERSTAND A CHARGE. IN OFF-SEASON, THE CHARGE IS A PITA!!!!!
WE HAD TO DRIVE TO DO ALMOST EVERYTHING EXCEPT SLEEP AND WALK THE BEACH. WE ARE ACCUSTOMED TO BEING IN SMALL BEACH TOWNS WHERE WE CAN WALK FOR MEALS AND TREATS AS WELL AS DO SOME SHOPPING.

From the outside, it appears presentable, however the rooms are in need of repair. Unfortunately every night there are adults and kids who were very noisy all hours of the night. Hotel staff should controlled this better.

Beach right across the street, great access. There was a bar & restaurant you could walk to also.

Cons:
