Pros:

Unusual room experience. Our room was on the first floor on the back side of building. From the front door to the back wall was approximately a 5 inch drop off that was highly noticeable. I looked out the back window of our room and could see some concrete had been poured at the edge of the building. Also noticed a partial retaining wall had been installed about 10 feet from the building. When I inquired about the issue at the front desk I received a confused look and was told they did not know anything about the issue.

Safe, clean, great breakfast
Pros:

Pillows definitely need an upgrade but the staff was friendly and it was very clean. Big shout out to BJ in the kitchen. This was the best hotel breakfast we had over several days of traveling.

Pros:

I paid the higher price for a two queen and pull out sofa, but when they got there they said they didn’t have anymore of those rooms, so u paid the higher price but got two queens to fit 5 people in. It was 12:30 am, and we had been driving for hours. We were basically told too bad.

All you have to do it not F it up completely....
Pros:

i didn't have a good experience here and i would not recommend it unless absolutely necessary. i travel 100 nights a year, typically in hilton brands like Hampton. i leave maybe 2 reviews a year, i'm just easy to please, all you have to do is not F it up. They F'd it up so i'm leaving this recommendation to avoid it if possible.

Paul & the hotel were great!
Pros:

We got in quite late and Paul was amazing! The best attitude and so helpful! We were missing a remote in the room and he alleviated that issue super quick and with a smile! It’s not often you meet someone so pleasant that late at night! Thanks Paul, for an amazing stay!
