I would recommend overall and stay again
Pros:

The staff were exceptional - excellent service and it was much appreciated. Thank you for your care and attention to me as a single woman traveller and also for hosting great event support.

Cons:

Ther is a smell of sewage in one of the conference rooms when the air con is on and the door is closed. It was bad enough to distract the group which was not very good.

المكان بعيد عن كل شي لكن الموظفين كان تعاملهم جيد ولايوجد ماء للشرب للاسف علبة صغيره جدا وحده باليوم لكن والمرافق الباقي مدفوع الثمن

UNA ESCAPADA A MADRID
Pros:

Poder utilizar el gimnasio a cualquier hora con la llave de la habitación.
El gimnasio estaba equipado con agua fría.
La cafetera para poder servirte un café lo único que no había leche y solo podías tomártelo solo.
El silencio y la tranquilidad que te permite descansar.

Cons:

La firmeza de las almohadas son demasiado blandas.
La redución de los amenities.

A great stay with all our friends on the tour
Pros:

The receptionist staff were great on arriving and information

Cons:

Sunday lack of supply at the bar, not that I am a big drinker!
Please look at Hand Lotion in all bathrooms and test it as my friend nearly got arrested when scanning her hands at Madrid Airport. I didn’t use it

Good hotel, but wouldn't be back.
Pros:

Room size was good, hotel is pristine and lovely. Super clean.
10 minute walk to the Metro station, or can get an Uber.
Reception staff nice.
Gym is very satisfactory if you need it.
Evening food was nice.

Cons:

The bar was empty, me and my girlfriend ordered two drinks to have with our meal, we waited about 15 minutes for them. The food came arrived before the drinks... Bear in mind the restaurant was absolutely empty. I had to go and remind them about the drinks and I waited for them to give me the drinks, instead of walking away and waiting another 15 minutes for nothing.

The staff in the bar and restaurant absolutely hate working there. Not happy to be there whatsoever. Absolutely horrible and uncomfortable atmosphere with them. The staff on reception were very nice and super helpful though.

Wifi is a bit shaky... TV wouldn't connect to it whatsoever, phones eventually did.

Hotel para negocios o estancia corta para ir al aeropuerto
Pros:

Es un hotel que es de paso o para gente de negocios , lejos de todo , las habitaciones y su personal cumplen con las expectativas y solo para quedarse si debes volar, queda cerca del aeropuerto , desayuno normal nada extraordinario.

Cons:

Que no hay nada cerca en los alrededores, debes trasladarte en taxi.

A hotel that tries but needs to be more responsive
Pros:

Clean comfortable and adequate in the main.

Cons:

Breakfast was a disaster.. understaffed… plates dirty, couldn’t find seats, coffee machine playing up….etc etc
Room was ok. Tv had only Spanish.
