Staff stole our items
Pros:

Terrible hotel! Spent 1 night for a cheer competition and accidentally left 2 items in the closet. We called not even an hour after we checked out and our items have mysteriously disappeared. They claim they can't do anything and acted like we were crazy for being upset their staff stole our items. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
