We Enjoyed Our Stay
Pros:

The Colcord is really nice and reasonably priced. Our Deluxe King room was spacious and comfortable and had a real bathroom door. There was a refrigerator and a nice little pod-based espresso machine (think Nespresso) . There is no microwave in the room, but when I called down to ask if there was one around they sent one up to the room.

Breakfast at Flint (the onsite restaurant) was very good but don’t book your room with the breakfast option. I did, thinking it might be cheaper or more convenient than paying at the restaurant. It was actually a bit of a hassle and I ended up spending more than if I’d just paid at the restaurant.

The staff was friendly and professional and the location is really convenient with a streetcar stop across the street. Our only issue was a mistake on the bill which they fixed when I called about it the next day.

Great weekend getaway!
Pros:

I'd definitely stay there again--loved the location and the nice room.
