Pros:

Le dimensioni della stanza.

Cons:

Per essere un albergo 4 stelle, i servizi erano scadenti. Telefono in camera rotto e arredamento antiquato. Colazione scarsa: pur nei limiti orari indicati, la cameriera ha detto che erano in chiusura e non ha fornito ne' succhi di frutta, né frutta. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci con ciò che c'era rimasto. Gli ombrelloni erano rotti, non di aprivano.

La posizione, vicina all’ ippodromo Capannelle.
Zona tranquilla e servita dai mezzi.

Cons:

L’ hotel è molto grande e ha delle stanze “ restaurate “ e altre più datate io ho soggiornato in una vecchio stile .
Per il prezzo pagato mi sarei aspettata qualcosa in più . Colazione nella “ norma”

Pros:

Hotel a 4 stelle probabilmente concesse solo per la piscina. Struttura con moquette nelle aree comuni molto sporca, area colazione poco illuminata e buffet mal organizzato con prodotti di scarsa qualità. La camera ampia ma il bagno e la cura della pulizia dei rubinetti e della vasca lascia molto a desiderare. Ha un grande potenziale sfruttato male. Per concerti in zona capannelle è comunqie consigliato se non si hanno grandi pretese.

Soggiorno piacevole in compagnia
Pros:

Lo staff assolutamente accogliente . La fata non era esattamente alla mano perché prevedeva un concerto enorme e comprendo che non sia possibile gestire tutto al meglio , essendo noi utenti tutti diversi e con problematiche differenti

il mio soggiorno a Roma è stato positivo in una zona che non conoscevo.
Pros:

ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte e non ho usufruito dei servizi. la camera era grande e il bagno spazioso e ben pulito. Personale molto professionale e disponibile.

Cons:

Il sistema di aria condizionata non è facilmente gestibile e quindi non benissimo riguardo alla regolazione della temperatura dalla camera. C'è un sistema che però deve essere chiesto alla reception in quanto viene gestito da lì. L'hotel è un pò datato e necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata. Il locale per la colazione è molto ampio e non facile, almeno per me, orientarmi per scegliere cosa prendere.

Great location, clean and best value for money.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, located in a very calm neighborhood (30 min to Rome downtown), with plenty of public transport options (bus) at the door step and short walking distance. Staff are really kind and flexible. The restaurant at the hotel offers a rich menu, though a lil bit pricey.

Cons:

The breakfast was really poor, not at the standard of the hotel or Italian standards. They could improve the WiFi (really slow and unreliable).
