Pros:

Le personnel qui a fait des efforts pour parler français , personnel très gentil et accueillant
Repas du soir en demi pension très bon et varié .
La piscine est bien
Un grand parking pratique a disposition.

Aria condizionata non funzionante e molto rumorosa, quando ho chiesto di sistemarla mi hanno risposto "tanto alle 2 del mattino si spegne"; non ho letteralmente dormito per una settimana
In compenso tutti si lamentavano per l'aria condizionata troppo bassa nel ristorante, ma il personale rispondeva che era "per tenere in fresco le torte", che quindi sono più importanti degli ospiti...
Qualche incidente col servizio al ristorante, ritardi generici, mancanza di attenzione al cliente, e un bruco nell'insalata giustificato come "perché l'insalata è fresca"
La galleria di quadri di cui la struttura è dotata non compensano le carenze di cui sopra

Ottima esperienza, personale eccellente
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in una camera con balcone che offriva una splendida vista sul golfo, un vero valore aggiunto che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Il personale si è dimostrato estremamente cordiale, professionale e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza.
La colazione era molto varia, con un'ampia scelta di prodotti dolci e salati, adatta a soddisfare ogni gusto.
Ho apprezzato anche l'ampio parcheggio gratuito e, soprattutto, la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina anche dopo il check-out: un servizio davvero gradito che ci ha permesso di concludere la vacanza in totale relax.

Zum Glück nur eine Nacht
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Bett zum übernachten. Pool konnte vor dem Check-in genutzt werden. Grosser Parkplatz. Frühstück war gut.

Cons:

Poolanlage könnte besser gewartet werden. Ganze Hotelanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend Erneuerungen. Zimmer sind funktional, leider konnte der Lüter der Klimaanlage nicht verwendet werden, da er töte wie eine Waschmaschiene im Schleudergang. Zimmertüren aus "Karton" und riesen Spalte zum Hotelgang, dadurch sehr ringhörig.

Nie wiede schade ums Geld!
Pros:

Das einzige gute ist, dass man kein Parkplatz Problem hat. Ansonsten hat mir leider nichts gefallen. Eins noch die Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Der Ausblick von unserem Balkon war eine Frechheit! Pool öffnet erst um 10:00 und bei ca. 20 Liegen gibt es gerade mal 6 Sonnenschirme? Wenn man sich einen Cappuccino an der Bar bestellt ist der Kellner total genervt. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir nur auf halben Weg zum Appartement begleitet, der Herr von der Rezeption meinte durch die Tür vorn links ist unser Appartement? Sehr unhöflich in der Regel schaut man sich es gemeinsam an, zumal man auch eine Kaution hinterlegen muss. Die einzigen freundlichen sind die zwei Damen an der Rezeption und der Bademeister.

Pros:

Camere pulite e personale quasi tutto molto cortese.
10 € al giorno per un cane è ancora una vera idiozia che in Italia permane assurdamente. Accetto 20€ di pulizia finale ma che il cane paghi senza poter accedere a nessuno spazio al di fuori della camera è assurdo. Nemmeno una crocchetta di benvenuto. La TV prendeva al max 10 canali e aveva uno schermo da laptop! Magari per uno standard di quel tipo una TV a 32 pollici non faceva male!
L'aria condizionata in camera era rumorosissima, o eri sordo o morivi di caldo o non dormivi fino a che non eri sfinito. La colazione era abbondante e varia ma la sala era tarata a 19°, la gente era in pantaloncini e maglietta. Si rischiava una congestione considerati i 38° esterni. Complimenti per la professionalità a Lorenzo e alle signore delle pulizie.

La piscina era la parte migliore, e l'appartamento con vista mare era fantastico.

Cons:

Il bagno era dotato solo di vasche da bagno molto alte, il che rendeva estremamente difficile per le persone anziane entrare e uscire. Inoltre, la vasca perdeva, allagando l'intero bagno, il che rappresentava un pericolo.Abbiamo chiesto loro di andare a controllare, ma non l'hanno mai fatto. Le luci erano molto fioche, soprattutto in cucina, e non si vedeva niente.

Expérience positive,malgré quelques petits désagréments.
Pros:

Les points positifs de notre séjour ont été l’accueil, où le personnel était très sympathique, accueillant et toujours prêt à rendre service.

La piscine était très agréable, surtout avec les fortes chaleurs, et nous en avons bien profité.

En revanche, il est dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de bar à proximité de la piscine. Pour commander une boisson, il fallait remonter jusqu’au bar principal puis redescendre, ce qui n’était pas très pratique.

Cons:

Il n’y avait aucune poubelle dans la chambre. De plus, une seule prise électrique était disponible, située près de la porte d’entrée, ce qui n’était pas pratique. Aucune prise n’était accessible à proximité des tables de chevet pour recharger un téléphone pendant la nuit.

Concernant l’éclairage, une seule lampe de chevet fonctionnait, la seconde étant hors service.
Les coussins n’étaient pas très confortables, car ils étaient assez durs. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était moyen et pourrait être amélioré.

Cons:

Hotela antiguo que pide una reformita y cuidar aspectos que aunque sean antiguos,.pueden cuidarse más... los azulejos de la linea de flotación de la piscina estaban muuuuy sucios y eso da una imagen de dejadez total de la piscina...
Muy ruidoso, las habitaciones que dan a la carretera son insufribles y encima con la cafetería debajo con personas charlando y bebiendo. Además llegó un autobús y estuvo casi una hora arrancado en el aparcamiento con el ruido que eso conlleva en mitad de la noche...
