The location was ideal for our stay, breakfast was lovely well presented. No problem when asking for anything. Staff all friendly.

Extra charge for parking
Las personas de recepción fueron atentos y amables. Parking (11 euros/día) justo en frente del hotel muy cómodo. Habíamos cogido una suite con un sofá cama que indicaba que era para 3 personas, sin embargo nos indicaron que si quisimos hacer de uso del sofá para nuestra hija, tendríamos que pagar extra y que tendría que dormir en la cama grande con nosotros. Sin embargo, nos lo habían preparado como sorpresa para darnos la bienvenida agradable. El desayuno fue rico y correcto. La señora responsable del desayuno muy pendiente de todos, muchas gracias.
Mejorar un poco la limpieza al ser posible y marcar mejor que las habitaciones son de 2 personas, no 3, menos que se solicite una cama adicional/habilitar el uso del sofá cama.

The staff
The hotel does not correspond at all to the 4-star category it claims to have, neither in its facilities nor the services offered. To be blunt, it is a guesthouse with a small elevator. The photos on Booking are completely misleading and lead you to believe you are booking a 4-star stay.
Issues encountered:
Pricing & Transparency: Upon arrival, the price displayed at reception for our room was half of what we had paid (we have a photo). We found this to be highly abusive. When we asked for an explanation, we were told prices are "variable," but doubling the price without a change in season is unacceptable. Combined with the poor quality, it felt like a scam.
Parking: They advertise parking spaces that do not exist. There are only two spots in front of the door, partially occupying the sidewalk, for which they also charge a fee.
Breakfast: The breakfast is meager and poor ("cutre") for a hotel advertising itself as 4-star.
Customer Service & Legal Compliance: When we requested the official complaint book, the establishment was uncooperative. First, they gave us a piece of cardboard to write on as if we were children. After we protested, they provided a "satisfaction survey" with no official stamp or legal guarantee.
Comparison & Conclusion:
We had just come from a 5-star hotel in Brasov that met all requirements and was actually cheaper than "Pensión" Unique.
In short: It is not a 4-star hotel. It features abusive pricing, misleading advertising, and they refuse to provide official complaint forms. Avoid.
Location and croissants
Room was like the pictures on the site.
I was asked to cancel my online booking so that I could park freely in front of the property. While I agreed at the time, I later felt uncomfortable with this request, as it did not seem appropriate in relation to your platform. Please be assured that I will not agree to such arrangements in the future.
Furthermore, no drinking water was provided in the room. During breakfast, tap water was used for beverages and coffee, which did not appear to be suitable for consumption.
Overall it was not a 4-stars property.
