Pros:

It is a very practical room with all necessities. Staff friendly.

Cons:

I am not sure what was happening, but I felt some sort of vibration in the room which was not very comfortable. I have experiences with radiation vibration but here I felt extra pressure. Just saying this for the sensitive people. Otherwise okay.
