Pros:

Everything was great about the hotel. The staff, the location, the amenities …except the fact that the insulation is very poor. We could hear the cleaners having a chat in the corridor every morning like if they were in our room. We can also hear the conversation of other clients and furniture moving on the floor above while cleaners are doing their job. If you want to sleep in the morning this hotel not for you.

Solo adultos, tranquilidad, camas cómodas, buenas comidas.

Cons:

Deben mejorar las piscinas. En nuestra habitación no había cartel de "no molestar" y una mañana una limpiadora entró en nuestra habitación por la mañana, a las 8:30, nos despertó diciendo que como habían muchas salidas esa mañana tenían que hacer las habitaciones, "que cuando íbamos a desayunar". Nosotros no salíamos ese día y además las salidas eran a las 12:00. Nos pareció una invasión inaceptable de nuestra intimidad y descanso.

La estancia estupenda, el personal exquisito, limpieza , tranquilidad, me encantó.

Sobre todo el tratamiento de todo el personal, especialmente en el comedor, excelente.

Cons:

El cierre de piscina tan pronto, y me temo que cobran por el uso de las sombrillas? No vi a nadie usar las mismas, por lo que deduzco que eran de pago.

Thanks to the activities coordinator, he made us have good memories
Pros:

Main person to point out in the hotel is Filipo, the activities coordinator, he is the soul of the hotel by far, if we think about him we would come back 100%

Cons:

Buffet a bit short and after travelling more recently, it was the first time I was requested to pay for tap water in the buffet (when you obviously already paid for all)

Happy with other stay!
Pros:

I loved the food, good amount of different meals (buffet) every day.
Beds were comfy, alot of retired people and some couples. Otherwise not directly a party hotel for younger crowd -40. At least not when we were there, off season so understandable.
Friendly staff and nice with a small pool on the roof!

Cons:

Location was totally ok, close but no in the "center"; but definitly walking distance.
Pilows was to hard.

Cons:

Am ausgerechnet letzten Abend wurden wir sehr respektlos vom Service draussen auf der Terrasse behandelt von der Dame mit den blondgefärbten Haaren. Als wir uns einen weiteren Speisegang holten, war das Besteck verschwunden. Also benötigten wir weiteres. Die Bedienung schüttelte missbilligend den Kopf und sagte :"Dies ist jetzt zum 5. Mal. Da ich Spanisch verstehe fand ich den Kommentar nicht nur unzutreffend sondern auch frech. Schade
