Sehr schönes bequemes Urlausdomizil mit guten Betten in großem Zimmer, modern und komfortabel

Super Lage nahe der Promenade am Meer, bestens erreichbar mit dem Bus 66, 30 etc, herrlich sonnige, teils windgeschützte große Dachterrasse mit Café, guten Liegen, Duschen Minipool. Dort ist der Sonnenhunger bestens zu stillen! Es erklingt chillige Musik über den Kuschelcouchen, weiter drüben ist es schön ruhig ohne jeglichen Lärm.
Zwei Fahrstühle sorgen neben der Treppe für bewegungsaffine Gäste für bequemen Komfort. Alles auch für Rollstuhlfahrer geeignet.
Animation hält sich dezent unaufdringlich mit täglichem Stretching um 11, musikalischer Gymnasik im Pool und abendlichem Bingo mit köstlichem Preis vor dem abwechslungsreichen Kunstprogrammen. Danke für die noch familiär wirkende Fürsorge der Teams in allen Bereichen.
Es gibt auch ein Hallenbad mit Massagedüsen, Sauna und vielfältigem Massageangebot.
Ein externes Gym für sportliche Aktivitäten kann von HP-Gästen kostenfrei genutzt werden.

Cons:

Der Lärm im Speisesaal ließ sich auf der ruhigen Aussenterrasse gut umgehen, ordentliche und stabile Stühle und Tische mit unentwegtem Service sind zu loben! Ich habe nichts zu meckern 😋😎

Clean room and close to the beach

Cons:

There was a lot of noise coming from the room next door. They were doing renovation work, scraping and hammering on the wall for several days in a row. It was quite exhausting, especially when you go on vacation to relax. The staff were also not willing to help resolve the situation.

The hotel looked much nicer in the photos than it did in reality. To be fair, it is still a nice place, but the pictures don’t fully represent the actual standard. The hotel feels a bit worn and older than expected

Overall the stay was great :) good place to chill out
Pros:

Was very nice, clean, loved the spa and outdoor pools

Cons:

The buffet was not worth it. Food looked good but tasted like it had been there for days. Better off not getting the all inclusive and spending money to eat out (much fresher and cheap too)

Bedbugs and sewage smell in the rooms, bad food and little sleep.
Pros:

We liked the location very much, and the sun area on the rooftop. We also liked the joga and the swimming pool activities.

Cons:

We did not like the bedbugs in our bed, in room 243 my husband was badly bitten all over,and we dit not like the reaction from the staff because of this problem, they did nothing at first for 24 hours. Then we got another room 241 with such a bad sewage smell that came from the drain in the shower. and a lot of noice that you could hear from the rooms around. We did'nt sleep at all the last 4-5 nights. The manager does not answer any e-mails and not his staff either . The breakfast was ok. but all juices are water blended and the joghurt has no taste, the jam and marmelade was terrible. But we could eat toast with ham, cheese eggs and fruits. The dinner was also very disapointinig , lot of the same every night, everything tasted very similar and if you buy water or soda it is very exspencive. The dining room is also very cold, noicy ,certainly not a cozy atmosphere.

The balcony towards the main street could not be used in the evening as there was two differten karaoke bars vis a vis. They played every evening different music in a high volume and overlapped each other. Too loud! Horrible!
In addition, there are restaurants directly below the balconys, so the balcony door could not be left open due to the smell emissions.
The breakfast was adequate. What I missed was real jam! and/or Nutella, for example. There was only so-called jam, which was basically chemical sauce. It was inedible.

Buen lugar para descansar en el Paraíso.
Pros:

El buffet era de muy buena calidad y variado. Nos gustó mucho!

Cons:

Quizás los espectáculos deberían haber sido en el exterior con el buen tiempo que hacía...y hace falta algo más de entretenimiento/juegos en el hotel más allá del billar.
