Pros:

Das Zimmer war genügend für 2 Personen.
Alle waren sehr freundlich.
Sauber gehalten das Hotel allgemein auch das Zimmer.
Das Morgenessen war gut.

Cons:

Der Pool ist alt, er blättert ab.
Das Abendessen war nicht das beste und fast jeden Abend gleich.
Ich finde bei Halbpension, sollten die Getränkte auch zur verfügung stehen und nicht nur wasser. (Die Quittung für die Getränke musste man zum Schalter bringen) Ich finde das sollte man den Gästen beim Check- in erklären. Das wussten wir nicht. Wir haben dies vom Nachbagstisch zufälligerweise erfahren.

El trato del personal, las ubicación y la limpieza (la camarera de piso Mapi es excelente, gracias por todo)

Cons:

No ponen el aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor con aviso en rojo. La excusa es ponerlo a partir de las 17:00 porque la mayoría de los clientes no están. Es que no tienen el aire ni en el hall del hotel, pasando los empleados una calor insoportable. Dicen que es una incidencia pero los comentarios son de hace ya mucho tiempo. El zumo del desayuno es malísimo ( agua con polvos) la tipología de leche no la tenían etiquetada (soy intolerante a la lactosa y tuve que preguntar varios de los días de mi estancia).

Pros:

Frokost og middag var helt greit. Savner variasjon så vart lei etter 8 dager med samme mat.

Cons:

Vi hadde i hotelloppholdet frokost, så la hotellet ut av vi kunne få valgfri Lunch eller middag, det viser seg at da når vi fik dette tilbudte måtte vi kjøpe all drikken til maten, dette gjald vann osv. så forhandlet vi fram en løsning at vann fik vi.
-Litt ubehagelig med Kakerlakker på soverommet.
-Sengene var som dem bruker å være, harde.
-Vi dro på stranden flere dager da sol-senger vart fort okkuperte.
-Vi prøvde ikke SPA avdelingen, glemte å reservere.

Pros:

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue bastante agridulce. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el personal. Todo el equipo fue muy amable, atento y profesional en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer que la estancia fuera agradable. Son el verdadero punto fuerte del hotel y merecen un reconocimiento

Cons:

Las instalaciones no están a la altura de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Se nota el desgaste en varias zonas, el mantenimiento podría mejorar y, en general, las instalaciones necesitan una renovación para cumplir con la categoría que anuncian.



En resumen, no volvería por su actual estado de servicio, pero sí por el personal, que ayudó en lo que pudo e intentó mejorar nuestra estancia.(Importante arreglar el aire acondicionado)

A very enjoyable stay and excellent value for money and good food provided. Wonderful staff
Pros:

The property was clean, easy to navigate and peaceful. The pool area was fun and sociable but also relaxed and if you want to keep yourself to yourself you can do either that or get involved in fun social activities. Very well catered for everyone

Cons:

The sunbeds and outdoor furniture could do with updating. They are tired and make the place look dated. The pool needs some light renovation work to patch worn away areas

Without hesitation I would stay again
Pros:

The hotel was fabulous, the roof terrace was amazing. A really good selection of tasty food. The beds were absolutely unreal, I wanted to take mine home🤣..the staff were so very kind and friendly. The Aircon was a huge plus in 50°c heat. The only thing I would change is to put some music on when the show finishes as it was just silent and the atmosphere died.

Cons:

Some music is needed after the show as everyone looked uncomfortable and left as it was deadly silent.

le séjour était agréable, à part la chaleur qui régnait dans tout l'hôtel tous les jours de 09H à17h
Pros:

Le restaurant propose des menus riches et variés, c'est d'ailleurs l'élément d'attraction principal et le personnel est professionnel.

Cons:

avec la grande chaleur dans la zone de playa ingles, l'hôtel se permet d'éteindre la climatisation centrale de 09h à 17h pour des raisons d'économie d'énergie sans en informer le client.
