Basic maar prima schoon en heel dicht bij de tram !!! Wel wat gehorig maar dat is overal

This a two star hotels, no three star. Great location but noisy ln our room, the tram IS near.

Det var rigtig fint og personalet var flinke, morgenmaden var rigtig god. Jeg synes bare ikke det var ok at vi ikke fik nye håndklæder hverdag.

Würde wieder kommen.

Schrecklich klein das Fenster im Zimmer die te zur Deko und die Toilette war kaputt

Good: location, breakfast, overall cleanliness
Bad: There is a set on rooms (one on each floor) with window looking into narrow dark vent shaft. On the bottom of it is dust and cigarettes butts. They did move me to a different room when it became available next day.
Just keep that in mind.

Ik ben gewend dat de foto's afwijken van de realiteit, maat dit was grofweg een belediging om in te moeten verblijven. Als je de lobby binnenloopt ziet het er fantastisch mooi uit, maar enthousiasme maakt snel ruimte voor grote teleurstelling en frustratie zodra je de kamers binnenloopt. Tapijt van de kamers is echt te goor voor woorden met vlekken van lichaamssappen. Naast het bed tegen de muur lag gebruikt toiletpapier en ik heb het expres laten liggen om te zien of het zou worden opgeruimd en schoongemaakt. En wat denk je? Bij mijn vertrek na 4 dagen lag het er gewoon nog steeds. De schoonmaak is dus vluchtig en niet goed. Alles bij elkaar is het enige pluspuntje dat je midden in het centrum zit, dichtbij de bezienswaardigheden. Je kan klagen bij de receptie, maar het tapijt wordt sowieso niet binnen een dag vervangen dus dat is een beetje voor niets als je dat doet. Bovendien zou ik niet eens hoeven te klagen over schoonmaak als ze gewoon hun werk doen, dat is al teveel gevraagd blijkbaar. Blijf vooral weg!

Die Einrichtung ist nur alt und abgenutzt.
Zudem hört man im Zimmer, die anderen Hotelgäste aus den Nachbarn Zimmer.
Frühstück war sehr gut.

Otelinin konumu çok iyi. Çok merkezi. Tüm tarihi ve önemli yerler beş yüz metre yakında. Kahvaltısi lezzetli ve yeterli. Otopark konusunda yardımcı sıkıntı yok.

Dark and dingy room. Window overlooking a wall two feet away. Dirty room carpet. Uncomfortable beds. Walls were so thin you could hear everything in the next door room. Bathroom vent covered in grime. Wifi poor. Suitcases left in reception area were piled up right to the bottom of the stairs causing a hazard. A concern if there was an emergency evacuation! Sullen staff in the breakfast room annoyed when I asked please could I have some milk for the cereal (as there was none.)The plus points were the hotel is in a very convenient area. The reception area and dining room were spotlessly clean. The person cleaning our room was very good too, apart from the vent. A special thank you to the man who brought the iron to my room the first time. He was so lovely and cheerful. There is a fridge in the room. The air con was not working and someone came straight away to fix it. Do not stay here if you are in a room at the back with the wall view.

The Reception was good… very helpful in organising my tours and incase of any help I needed.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, bei einigen Hotelzimmern hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf eine Wand vom Nachbar Gebäude die in ca 1meter Reichweite sich auf deine Blicke Freut. und eine nicht mehr oder weniger funktionierende Klima oder was das sein soll.

Zu dem Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, habe nur draußen gegessen.

Die Zimmer wurden regelmäßig gereinigt, die Handtücher gewechselt, so das man immer frische Handtücher hatte.

Wer dort nur schlafen will, dafür ist es ein ordentliches Hotel mit schön zentraler Lage.

Marmaray ist ca 300-400 Meter entfernt.

Die Metro durch eminönü ist auch nur rechts die Straße runter.

Um die Ecke gibts viele Restaurants mit wirklich ausgezeichnetem Essen.

Preis Leistung ist somit vereinbar in ordnung.

the room we were allocated had a very nasty smell in the bath room.
after day 2 we mentioned this to the reception staff who changed rooms for us.
In both rooms the noise from outside was rather loud.
rooms were basic but comfortable.
breakfast we plentiful and varied.

It’s very close walking distance to all the sightseeing.
The receptionist when we checked in was very helpful with anything we needed. Really spacious rooms. I will book in the future again 10/10

The room smelt probably because the carpet needed cleaning. And the staff on reception aren't very friendly and would only talk if you indicated the conversation. Never a good morning or how are you? Ect. Otherwise great location with all the sites easily walkable and great public transport connections.

A very good hotel for short breaks. Exactly what is needed. Very close to the major landmarks.

Value for money

Have stayed in a number of hotels in Istanbul and this was one of the quietest. Very convenient to walk to aya sofia and blue mosque but so close to Gullhane tram stop to go anywhere or a short walk to Sirkeci to get on marmary metro. Breakfast was standard Turkish.. overall a good stay.. a kettle in room would be nice
