Dommage bel endroit, mais personnel pas sympa et mauvais rapport qualité/prix

Très bel endroit pour se détendre. Spa et piscine au top. Brasero le soir, très apprécié.

Le cadre est magnifique avec la vue sur le lac. L'accès au spa inclus dans la réservation de la chambre est un bon point.

Cons:

La chambre était spacieuse mais la salle de bain méritait un petit rafraîchissement. Il n'y avait pas d'ascenseur pour monter les bagages. De la vaisselle traînait devant plusieurs portes de chambre dans les couloirs de l'hôtel. Le prix est un peu élevé.

Le site est magnifique. Le personnel très gentil.

Cons:

Le réseau n'est quasi pas disponible à l'intérieur impossible d'avoir des appels et même le wifi a de la difficulté par moment. Et le fait que nous ayons l'option de faire livrer du restaurant mais il n'y a aucun micro onde a disposition pour réchauffer certains éléments. Mais sinon c'était très bien.

La fermeture à 20h du restaurant
La non dispo d’un plat au bar . Il est à noter que nous avez majoritairement des plats de la mer/poissons et que certaines personnes peuvent être allergiques
