Cons:

They didn't have an elevator we had to carry 7 bags up the second floor. Staff didn't offer to help.We asked for towels they never brought them to us. No vending machine for snacks.

L'établissement est bien situé, la vue est superbe. Les chambes sont tellement propre qu'on se croyais a la maison. Les personelle est très sympathique et les piscines chaudes et propre.

Un très beau séjour et j'y retournerais assurément.
Pros:

Le confort de la chambre, la piscine et le spa extérieur. J'ai trouvé le personnel très attentionné et j'aimerais voir l'hôtel en été pour profiter davantage de l'extérieur. Le repas du soir au resto était absolument divin.

Cons:

Nous avons dû faire des allers-retours de la piscine à la réception car la piscine n'avait pas été ouverte comme prévu le matin. Un des saunas était défectueux.
