Pros:

La pulizia.
Colazione top..sia dolce che salato. (Macchina lavazza). Wifi buono. Staff giovane gentile e sempre disponibile. Buona la zona, soprattutto tranquilla e sicura. Letti e cuscini comodi.
Balcone con vista sulla sagrada.

Cons:

Purtroppo si sentono i rumori della strada e delle camere vicine. Aggiungerei qualche gancio in piu per appendere gli asciugamani.
Area condizionata esagerata nella hall, anche a colazione.

Friendly staff in a Fabulous Area.
Pros:

Great location - Eixample is a clean neighbourhood with wide sidewalks and many delightful sidewalk cafes. It was wonderful to walk out of the hotel to see the towers of La Sagrada Família. This famous basilica was an easy walk, as was Casa Batlo, Casa Milo (La Pedera) and Passeig de Gràcia. Even Parc Guell and the Old Gothic Quarter were within walking distance. Subway stations were also nearby making it easy travel to Montjuic and Barceloneta Beach.

Friendly Staff - we were always a pleasantly acknowledged when coming or going, and the staff were helpful in answering questions. We appreciated their ability to communicate in English, as we know very little Spanish

Cons:

I had booked a room with a balcony hoping to be able to sit outside and enjoy the city view, but our balcony was in a walled off area.
Not having any windows with direct access to fresh air was disappointing.
