Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
We spent three nights in one of the rooms with a balcony and a view of the Sagrada Familia, and it was an amazing experience to be able to see it right from our balcony.
The rooms are rather small, and it can be difficult to open a large suitcase fully, but this was clearly specified when we booked, so it wasn’t an issue for us.
They accommodate late check-in - we checked in at 1am and everything was ok.
The location was excellent. It’s within a short walking distance of the Sagrada Familia and basically next door to Casa Milà and Casa Batlló. We were able to walk almost everywhere, and there are also plenty of good public transport options nearby.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff made this place what it is. We had some luggage issues and the team did everything they could to support us a big shoutout to them. Hotel was in a great location, lots of great restaurants nearby, close to the metro to get into the centre quickly. The A/C was incredible and the rooms were big and comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

The room is on the 7th floor and, although small, it was more than enough for a few days. The bed was very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The hotel has a great location, with both bus and metro stations nearby, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a pleasant stay!
We did notice quite a few ants in the room during our stay.

it’s an average place, enjoyed the breakfast and appreciate the facility is clean.
the amenities need to be upgraded, fitness room, no balcony, would be good to be clear if items in the fridge or complimentary or not
Location
Plumbing is very bad. Every time any in the hotel goes to the washroom, you hear the toilet flushing in your room. Also, when taking showers, the water temperature goes up and down 10 degrees every few seconds.
The hotel should sue the contractor who did the plumbing.
Breakfast is very good.
Room is little bit small for 3 persons.

Soms een nare geur uit de badkamer, maar dat komt vaker voor in Soanje.
