The staff were fabulous! Very friendly and attentive, anything we needed they accommodated us as much as possible.
The furnishings in the kitchen suites could have been more updated.

This place really needs to be updated. Everything is old and chipped off. Doors, furnitures, tv, curtains. Even the 'do not disturb' sign is begging to be replaced. No attention to design or details. The neighborhood can also get really loud at night when you just want to hangout on the balcony after a long day. Few members of staff don't speak english which made requests complicated or completed forgotten.
It is a nice place to simply sleep. I would not recommend to families especially with young children.

Large apartment style room, good location, great air conditioning and shower
Small issues like towels not replaced etc but all manageable after a call with reception
Location was great, helpful staff and good breakfast,
Leaks coming from bathroom and lacking of warm water which I mentioned about it, nothing was done while we were there
Location was good, area was quiet.
Had a New Sarong that I bought as a short and top set taken from my case, only realised this on unpacking on my return..
Also nowhere for us to change after our checkout at midday,only outside shower, had to dress in carpark area, very disappointed.
