Great location the area is very quiet and peaceful the rooms are quite spacious with a beautiful view from the balcony. Cleanliness is above average and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a small pool but quite deep for minors and non swimmers but is a welcome dip to cool off. Fantastic value and close by shops and restaurants & local eats. The beach is only short walk away would not hesitate to come back.

A little updating for the kitchen rooms , the couches, tables and dining areas need to be modernized and the decor needs to be enhanced to elevate these rooms as these are the premier spaces and should reflect the elegance of the suites…
Loved the location it was perfect! ideal for going to the beach, shops, restaurants & getting the bus to the market. Staff were very helpful. My family came from Canada & also stayed .Fantastic manager couldn't do enough for us was a first class experience. My room was lovely huge bed!!! Air con was brilliant. So glad for the fridge.
Not much. In the beginning, I didn't like the trek up the hill to my room, but! I got use to it after a few days because it really helped with my fitness & it was worth the fantastic view. The only thing I would say is, it would be useful to have a golf buggy or some kind of transport to help bring your luggage to & from your room.at the top. Also for the staff who make that journey several times
a day to clean rooms. Poolside was nice but some of the loungers need replacing as well as 1 or 2 umbrellas. In the bathroom you need a hook behind the door or something so you can hang clothes.

The property is conveniently located with easy access to local amenities.
The apartment was conveniently located; however, there were a few areas where the guest experience could have been improved. The living room would have benefited from a functioning ceiling fan, particularly as it is very humid and there is no air conditioning.
In addition, no bottled water was provided in the apartment upon my arrival. I was also not offered any refreshments at check-in. This was disappointing, especially as I observed a newly arrived guest the following morning being offered fresh juice and water while I was waiting for transportation. A more consistent approach to welcoming guests would help ensure all visitors feel equally valued and cared for.
The room was comfortable with a good view, because it was very high up. The reception staff were helpful. The location was close to the beach and a few Restaurants.
My room was on the third floor of the highest building - no lift and quite a walk up a steep slope to reach it. Breakfast was basic and very slow to arrive.

My apartment had an adjoining door to the next apartment that allowed a lot of noise to be transferred, which reduced the quality of my sleep on several nights. The ceiling fan in the living area did not work, and I had to ask for a portable fan. There should be a working ceiling fan in the bedroom to reduce air conditioner use. The kitchen had no detergent to wash up. The fridge was not switched on for my arrival. Many (7+) of the breakfast menu items were not available and the quality and presentation of the breakfast was average to poor.

The staff were fabulous! Very friendly and attentive, anything we needed they accommodated us as much as possible.
The furnishings in the kitchen suites could have been more updated.
