Pros:

Breakfast was good. Did not eat supper there.
Had room issue that was well taken care of.

Cons:

Room air was not working correctly from beginning. Temp was staying too high in room. Room should not have been used because someone should have noticed issue before giving to us. Was given different room for second night.

It wasn't horrible, but could have been way better.
Pros:

I liked where we were located. I liked that the shower had detachable sprayers.

Cons:

When we got there to check in, they didn't have a room for us, even though we had reservations. We had to wait about 15 mins for them to go speak to a manager. When they came back, they checked us into a room. We went to our room, and there was only a shower. I specifically chose a bathtub room to soak and relax. I went to ask front desk, she instantly said we do not have bathtub rooms. Was not willing to help accommodate. The bedroom door had to be slammed to shut, as it stuck badly. The bed was not comfortable either.
We checked out on Sunday and left. 5 mins later my phone goes off trying to take $40 out of my account. I call, they said they were giving it back. No it clearly is trying to take it. I am still waiting on my total to go through and get my $40 back.

Great place to stay. Recently updated halls and rooms.

Cons:

They are currently updating the help desk. Check-in was 4 pm, and you had to be out by 11am. Had issues checking in. I already paid on Booking. I showed them I paid already. It took a while to get checking in. Their system wanted more than I paid on Booking.com. They finally got the system to take the amount that was paid by Booking.com.

For a long weekend it was hard to satisfy children who were looking forward to swimming.
Pros:

The cleanliness. The staff was great.

Cons:

That there was no pool! As stated on booking.com. Also that no free breakfast was included. We specifically picked this hotel for the indoor pool. My children were very disappointed.

How close the hotel was to everything.

The hotel stated that it had a restaurant in the lobby. The restaurant only opened for breakfast, then closed for the remainder of the day.
