conosco l'albergo. La struttura è ottima, buona la posizione. Lo staff è eccellente, all'altezza di un 5 stelle.

Cons:

la camera. Ho prenotato una camera Classic. Ci è stata assegnata una camera assolutamente al di sotto dello standard dell'albergo (e differente dall'immagine proposta sul sito booking). Molto piccola, priva di tavolo, appoggi per i bagagli, del tutto non adeguata al soggiorno di due persone (infatti il necessaire in bagno era per una persona solamente). Bagno con lavandino scheggiato e scarico intasato...... Solo una presa shuko scomoda a qualunque utenza (vd. immagine), distanza tra letto e muro di pochi centimetri, occupati da televisore a parete... Scomoda ed inadeguata e in considerazione di ciò veramente troppo cara. Non ho segnalato questa cosa alla reception poichè il mattino dopo eravamo già di partenza. Un albergo 5 stelle non dovrebbe avere camere del genere.

Un très bel hôtel dans un très beau quartier
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé dans l’un des meilleurs quartiers de Gênes, à la fois élégant et agréable.

L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné, avec d’excellentes recommandations pour découvrir la ville et la région.

La chambre était très confortable, le service d’étage efficace, et la personne avec qui nous avons échangé particulièrement aimable.

Nous avons également dîné au restaurant de l’hôtel, le service était sympathique, même si les prix nous ont semblé un peu élevés au regard des plats proposés.

L’accès à l’espace spa et piscine est bien organisé, avec des créneaux horaires permettant d’éviter l’affluence, ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, le fait de faire payer 20 € par personne pour y accéder reste assez surprenant et peu courant pour ce type d’établissement.

Comme souvent en Italie, un service de voiturier est proposé, ce qui est pratique, même si le tarif de 35 € par jour peut sembler élevé.

Dans l’ensemble, un séjour réussi dans un établissement que nous recommandons volontiers.

Tutto perfetto
Pros:

Posizione in un quartiere residenziale, vivo ma non rumoroso. A 15 min. a piedi dal centro storico. Staff eccellente, sempre gentile pronto ad ogni richiesta. Pulizia 10 e lode e in generale camera non grandissima ma molto confortevole, letto molto comodo, scuri perfettamente ermetici, climatizzata molto bene. Armadiature di alta qualità. Tutto perfetto.

I really love the hotel and it made my stay at Genoa a very nice experience
Pros:

The spa is amazing and it totally made my trip. I was able to relax and recharge.

The breakfast was great

Cons:

When they were explaining things on a map, it would have been good to know that there were hundreds of steps to deal with. One evening I thought I had a short trip to a restaurant, but it turned out to be quite a big deal.
