Wonderful stay in Venice
Pros:

Quiet retreat located in close walking distance of Rialto and San Marco. No noise at all from the street at night (just pigeons in the early AM!) Friendly and professional staff answered all our questions, helped us buy Vivaldi concert tickets, and dropped everything to make us coffee in the afternoon. Breakfast was excellent, with so many choices! Room was spotless with comfy bed.

Cons:

Difficult to find, although the directions and map helped (strongly recommend you preview those directions before arrival)!

It is good hotel, but next time I will choose another one in same area.
Pros:

Good location, calm yard, good brackfast, good personal.

Cons:

Room was narrow, and not so confortahbe.Bathroom was small.

Decor was fussy and dated and coffee not as good as other hotels. There is a lift to reception but no signage.
