It was close by to everything and the room.was great
The hotel is very close to Rialto, just a few minutes walking without any stairs and bridges. It is really important, especially if you travel with a lot of luggage. The room was spacious and breakfast was so varied. I’d definitely stay here again.
On the first day I was almost charged when I asked for extra towel for our baby, but the day after they said that it was misunderstanding. The are neither a small kettle nor slippers in the room unless you ask for it. It’s free of charge. Rooms aren’t cleaned good enough because there was dust and the carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly.
Perfect location. A lot of famous places very close to the hotel. Stuff always can answer to your questions and help you. Breakfast was tasty.
The hotel's location is excellent—not far from Piazza San Marco. It is easy to find from the Rialto water bus stop. There are shops and restaurants on every nearby street.

Breakfast includes: 5 types of fresh juice, 3 types of cereal, nuts, fruit, bacon (American-style—very dry and crispy), unseasoned scrambled eggs, fried eggs, boiled eggs, various freshly baked pastries, casseroles, sandwiches, cheeses, fresh vegetables, yogurts, various types of cold cuts...
Room have minibar.
If you are traveling from England, I recommend bringing an extension cord and an adapter, as there are no power outlets next to the bed.
The TV is quite unusual—it is located behind a mirror, and there are only 3 English-language news channels compared to at least 60+ channels in Italian.
If you need to dry your hair, I suggest bringing a hair dryer and an extension cord.
