Rude and ignorant staff
Pros:

I've been putting off making this review as I had filed a complaint directly with this hotel regarding the health and safety issue. Unfortunately due to there ignorance and lack of communication i will now leave my review.
So as we had already visited this hotel on two previous occasions we was asked to come back by general manager for Halloween. However I was very disappointed this time round after asking if everything was still going to be on entertainment etc I was told yes. The entertainment lacked dramatically there was nothing going on around the pool apart from what was left of the animation on there phones. They sent 2 members of animation home and covered them with someone who was ignorant and rude. They didn't want to do anything for us as guests as it was coming to the end of season. Myself and other people who was there entertained ourselves as there was nothing to do at all. Night time there was not much on. A few nights they put a show on but nothing after that we asked again I made it clear there are still paying customers so they put karaoke on for about half hour nothing to do after that This happend for 4 nights. So a 45 minute show was all we were going to get. Halloween we was really looking forward to it. They did something which was nice but totally lacked from the first show they did and it didn't start to late and only lasted around half hour. They advertised a show and Halloween party but the party lasted 15 minutes then it finished at 10:15 pm. When we was by the pool area the floor was very slippy and I fell which was witnessed by other holidaymakers. I recently had surgery on my wrist and as I fell I tried to protect my wrist from the impact because I had stitches but I hit my other arm which swelled like a golf ball. There was no lifeguard around and neither any wet floor signs, I immediately went to report this but the nurse was trying to get more money out of me when I already had insurance which covered this. I explained what happend and guest relations went to check the area of the pool . I went to emergency hospital where I had a x-ray which showed swelling and bleeding under the skin my arm had bad bruising from it. When I arrived back to the hotel no one had asked anything about how I got on or even made an apology to myself. When we returned to the area where people were who we met there they told us that managers came and put the signs out. The last day of our stay the managers stopped us from eating etc in the afternoon and we had hours to wait for our transfer. We were being followed around and watched. We were having a fantastic time and doing nothing wrong. When I ask about this we were told it was another manager called G****** that stopped this. We were told if we wanted to eat we would have to pay a further 6000 TL . I asked k**** who is reservation manager and operation manager T**** who was acting on behalf of B***** if I could speak to a higher manger. All he said was G****** told us to put this place. T**** Was very rude and said to me your husband can talk Turkish I don't want to speak to you I will speak to him. When my husband spoke to them they then gave us one drink. Still no apology, I'm absolutely shocked and disgusted as we went there 3 times and that's how we got treated. All I say October is a bad time to go don't believe what you see advertised. The entertainment is extremely limited and Halloween is a waste of money. All we wanted was a simple apology nothing more and they couldn't even do that. The restaurant food is also limited for choice aswell. The good things I can only say about this is it has beautiful landscapes, beautiful beaches and the hotel is very clean. There a few nice staff around but to get the full benefit go in the summer months. This review is based on my own review and 100% accurate. The hotel had the options to manage my complaint on numerous occasions and refused. They don't care about accidents or peoples health they care more about money.

Nice family holiday, would visit again
Pros:

We stayed at Palm Wings Ephesus as a family and overall had a really nice time. From the first day, the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome, which always matters on a family holiday.

Our daughter especially loved the pools, the beach and the kids’ activities. She was busy all day and genuinely enjoyed herself, which meant we could relax too. The sandy Pamucak beach is calm and very suitable for children.

Food was good with plenty of choice at meals, plus snacks and ice creams during the day. We always found something we liked. The room and public areas were kept clean, and housekeeping was consistent throughout our stay.

The location works well for relaxed beach days and short trips to Ephesus. Overall, this is a well-run resort offering good value for money. This review reflects our own personal experience and observations during the stay, and we would happily return as a family.

Very Welcoming Hotel
Pros:

It was our first holiday abroad this year because of earlier health issues. We love Turkey very much, and the weather looked good, with nice flight times to Izmir, so we booked and chose the Palm Wings Hotel. I'm so glad we did, as the hotel was wonderful. Impressed as soon as we arrived. The staff were very welcoming. The hotel was spotless, and every member of staff was so friendly and obliging. Nothing too much trouble.
The first week was on our own, the second week a friend James joined us. We were lucky the first week the weather was exceptional, the second week was good but a little cooler but no less enjoyable.
The staff in the restaurant, even though busy always found time to greet you and make you welcome. Sevval especially looked after us at breakfast and lunch and found us a table with little walking distance, as one of us has a walking aid. There was always plenty of choice, sometimes could have done with the food being a little bit hotter. But no way spoiled our stay.
The main bar was always a nice place to sit for a drink and chat any time of the day with a very good selection of drinks. Evenings in the bar were always busy but never took long to be served a drink. I remember Hakan as soon as he saw you greeted you with a smile and asked if we were being served.
We visited a couple of the Ă  la Carte restaurants, Italian and Turkish both made very enjoyable evenings.
Kelly, the Guest Relations Manager was so obliging and helpful with any query. Always had a friendly smile and was a great asset to he hotel.

Fabulous holiday but food temperature needs looking at
Pros:

We travelled as a family of 6 - 3 adults and 3 children (4, 9, 17), we booked 2 rooms which were next to each other, I do think they were interconnecting rooms as there was a door behind the bunk bed that would lead into their room and it wasn't very soundproof. I could hear them talking, laughing, coughing etc so while that didn't bother me at all, had that of been another family I would of asked to move. First impressions were really good and this continued throughout our stay. Food - the only issue I had with the food was the temperature it was never hot, and that really irritated me as I couldn't enjoy it as much as what I would of had it been hot. The chicken in the snack bar is really nice, (better if hot). The wasps are a bit of issue around the snack bar and everyone I closed the lids to the food, other people including the chefs would leave the lids open and the wasps were all over everything. The waffles and ice cream kept the kids happy and they were always fresh and hot, the gozleme next door was always freshly made aswell and nice and hot, very tasty too! There is a wide selection of food, we are a bit of fussy eaters but we always found something. Breakfast there's lots of fruit, pancakes, omelettes, toasties etc, lunch we would always eat at the snack bar and dinner we would usually fill up about 4 from the snack bar as we preferred the food options there. Pizza, chicken, chips. Rice, salads. The times we did eat in the restaurant we had a mixture of lasagne, mash, chips, rice, pasta, breads, chicken nuggets, salads etc there's lots of options for everyone and what you would expect from an all inclusive. We did go to the Italian al la carte and while it was lovely, I wouldn't of paid for it, wasn't anything there for children as they didn't like the chicken nuggets so they both sat there with chips.
The kids club and entertainment was great kept the kids entertained and my daughter loved the kids club and dancing.
The lifts are a problem, always a long wait for those no matter what time of day.
Alcohol and cocktails were good although I'll never understand why they don't serve Malibu in the snack bar (it's a fake version) but do inside the hotel?
There is a patisserie in the lobby full of cakes etc (free) but as with most Turkish desserts they all look so tasty until you try them and you don't get much chocolate. I tasted one that tasted awful but was funny, we mostly got them to laugh at each other to see if it was a good taste or bad.
We visited kusadasi as we always do to do our yearly shopping. We visited the bazaar/market type place this time and never ever again will I go back, it's terrible, my 19yr old daughter got asked to go into the back with one of the sellers and could he kiss her, just terrible. We didn't get left alone, they lie about they're prices to get you to pick out what you want then tell you a different price, I don't recommend going there, stick to the town shops. All in all we had a great time and would definitely return the small issues hasn't put us off the hotel just think the temperature of food needs looking at as that was a big disappointment for me.
Thankyou for a great stay.

Not as fgood as expected
Pros:

My family and I have just returned from a 7 day stay at Palm Wings Ephesus. The reason we picked this hotel was for the slides for the kids and there was not one negative review. This is our own personal review.

Pros: Exceptionally clean hotel, cleaning staff are excellent, lots of swimming pools and the hotel has its own secluded beach with sun loungers which you do not have to pay for, Bar staff are very friendly. The food by the pool side was exceptional but again only cheese and tomato pizza and chips for vegetarians.

Cons: The main gripe is that they do not cater for vegetarians at all. In fact, the food was not labelled for allergens. There was a list of allergens on the entrance but that is no use when choosing your food. There were absolutely no labels on the desserts and there were occasions that there were nuts in them so anyone with a nut allergy would be at risk. For such a large hotel there was only 1 toaster for breakfast creating a long queue. My daughter being a vegetarian lived on rice and chips for lunch and dinner as there was nothing else suitable. No vegetables at night but plenty of vegetables for breakfast??? The plates when finished were taken away very quickly. I am insulin dependent and was happy to drink coke zero, however, my sugar levels were escalating and I could not understand this until I went to get a coke zero and caught the bar staff make the coke zero up with half a glass of water and half as glass of full fat coke. I immediately went to the guest relations lady (Kelly), and she told us that they fun out for a few days. Kelly was incredibly helpful, pleasant, and very polite. The reception was useless. The other main complaint is that the hotel across the cove (TUI Blue hotel) played very very loud music from 8.45pm to midnight and with a laser show. We had a 5-year-old and was in bed and could not sleep through the racket. We struggled as adults as well. We should have been warned by the hotel reception that the side we were on had very loud music (616 and 617). During our stay we had a 6.5 earthquake which woke everyone up. We asked the hotel reception what we do and they were not interested, happens all the time and you can go wait outside was the response. The following night the earthquake was not enough, and they decided to test the fire alarms at 8pm. As this was after the earthquake, we were even more scared, and the fire doors closed on the landing. I have absolutely no problem with testing the fire alarms however, a note by the lift, and other places to warn people that this was going to happen at 8pm. Again, when asking the reception the only response was “test.” I spoke to Kelly who said its unusual for the night as they normally do it during the day and I suggested that they place messages around the hotel to warn people. Not once did any of the animation team comes round to ask children if they wanted to join in. Fact, the only time I saw one animation member was at the bar and only because he had a shirt on saying animation.

As it was 2 weeks away from the season ending there was lots of shortages, beer, food, drinks, ice cream the list goes on. Surely, they are aware how many people are due and therefore order accordingly, especially the drinks (whether soft drinks or alcohol).

We were unaware on booking that there was nowhere to walk to at night and unless you got a taxi (as dolmus was irregular) which cost 30 euros return (approximately ÂŁ26 everyday it becomes extremely expensive.

We should have been warned that on October 29th is Republic Day in Turkey, a national holiday commemorating the proclamation of the Republic of Turkey on that date in 1923 and that the restaurant would be opening up later due to a staff celebration in front of the restaurant doors, which was closed.

We were so looking forward to staying at the hotel but bitterly disappointed with the lack of vegetarian food, lack of drinks, and the booming music from the hotel across the road, lack of communication from hotel reception.

Unfortunately, my family and I will not be returning to this hotel.

Nice Resort but not worth a return.
Pros:

The positives are the facilities are lovely and the waterpark was a real treat. Hotel is clean and has all basic needs covered for the stay. However our experience wasn’t what we would expect from an all inclusive resort, which we think was largely down to the time of year with the hotel closing for the season the day after we left. As a family of 5 we were placed in two different rooms on different floors which wasn’t ideal as we then spent the first evening dividing up the suitcase so we could live separately for the week. We were informed the hotel was full which wasn’t ideal clearly not the case and rooms or floors were closed off to close the hotel down for the season. The food wasn’t great and as a family we do have a diverse palate but found the food to be variants of low cost options, breaded chicken fillets, chips, stews and grilled fish just repeated each day. The restaurants were closed and the hotel only offered a set mixed menu in one of the restaurants which we attended. The food really wasn’t great there either with the rib eye steak being so tough non of the family finished the meal. I had thought food wasn’t due to timing but the steak and ala carte confirmed it was also quality. We were genuinely quite disappointed with the food choice on offer and this could purely be down to timing of the season which is disappointing as nothing was captured on this when booking. The lunch area was better and the waffles and ice cream were enjoyed. The staff were friendly and all else was enjoyable with drinks okay. Given the star rating I would have expected far better food and drink quality. Would definitely try Turkey again just not this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and spectacular sunsets ✨
Pros:

We stayed in the family suites as a family 5 with a 9 month, 10 and 13 year old. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so friendly and will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible and you can see how hard they work.

The food was lovely, there is always something for everyone including the 9 month old. We loved the pool bar for lunch as it was a nice ,relaxed location. The coffee bar is also great, I loved my morning late which was always served with a smile.

The pools are great, no issues getting a lounger at any time. The lifeguards were friendly and always made an effort to chat with my son. There is daytime activities which you could join in with if you choose to but my big two were happy to chill and hit the slides. Inflatables are allowed in the pools by the way so bring along if you have them, as the ones in the shop are a touch expensive. One thing to say, the pools were freezing in October but with some hot sunshine you do warm through eventually!

Currency wise, euros excepted in the shop and amusements.
I highly recommend the photography sessions, discounts if purchased with cash. The sunset photos are beautiful and we captured some treasured memories of a lovely holiday.

Rooms are spacious and adequate, beds are comfy and the sunset views from the large balcony are spectacular. One thing to mention is the lack of bath, we had a baby with us who has baths normally so this was a challenge but not a massive issue just a heads up!

Mosquitoes- awful. From the moment you walk out you are lunch. Make sure you are well sprayed at all times. We did still get eaten alive and there are wasps around the outside food areas but would I say this ruined the holiday, no but if one of us had been poorly as a result of the bites, I.e cellulitis- then it could have made it difficult.

Having been to Menorca in August in a supposedly 5* hotel and our baby being so poorly with hand foot and mouth our expectations weren’t high but this hotel and holiday did hit the spot in every way. I highly recommend a visit as you won’t be disappointed. Thank you to the hotel and staff for such a lovely holiday.

A perfect stay with horrible mosquitos
Pros:

The resort is just perfect. Neat with everything you need for a perfect stay. The guest relation, Mr.Yashar, was so helpful and kind and we do appreciate what he did for us. Just be careful about the mosquito bites. There are awful mosquitos there and you need to take necessary medication. If I want to visit Kusadasi again, I would definitely choose this resort again.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

Stayed at this hotel for 1 week unfortunately we didn't get the best weather so first few days was boring , no atmosphere, no music in or around hotel, the last few days they was playing music in lobby, lifts and felt more like a holiday. The hotel is beautiful , stunning view from our room on 11th floor , gardens are absolutely gorgeous 😍 lobby is beautiful with lots of beautiful areas to sit . Food repetitive but enjoyed what we had especially the fried chicken , you can eat more or less 24 hours . Pools all lovely , the quite pool says 16+ but was full of kids with no life gaurd around. Room was nice size , clean and comfy beds but was so noisy from other people coming and going, cleaners , mini bar guy , kids running up and downyou could hear everything so we didn't sleep great and 100% no lie in. Also really loud music coming from hotel next door that's far away but music so loud until 12am . Rooms are definitely not soundproof. Location out of the way but easy to get bus or taxi to kusadasi or selcuk we did both around 15min each way , but nothing in walking distance unfortunately. We have been coming to Turkey in October the last 10 years for my sons birthday and first time we didn't receive a cake and card for him , we had a plate of fruit in the room so thinking this was for him and was told our table for the turkish al a cart would be decorated for his 18th but just had a few rose petals 😕 but the food at the turkish al a cart was 10/10 for food and service. Also first time at any holiday all-inclusive we have never been asked when seated at meals or lobby if we would like a drink even a water at meal times , the hotel was not busy but did see some other people get waited on. We dont mind getting our own drinks but this is the first time we have had this in turkey. Good hotel for kids great water park , vaule for money, clean hotel .

Palm Wings a wonderful experience
Pros:

From walking in the front Door the staff were welcoming and friendly.
Met up with my friends Michael and Tony for the first week . Staying on my own for the second .
Staff in restaurant were wonderful. Attentive even when they were rushed off their feet .
Sevval who looked after us at breakfast and lunch always had a smile and looked after us
well.
The Bar in the evening was so busy, the staff didn’t seem to have a moment to themselves.
One member who stood out for me was Hakan.
Always a smile and time for a quick chat.
Especially when I was on my own the second week. A true gentleman

Had the pleasure of going to the A la Carte restaurants. Both the Turkish and the Italian the food , service was professional in both and it’s been a long time since I have been entertained in a restaurant like I was there.
They went out of their way to entertain the guests. A big thumbs up to Adnan and Ozan.

Went to book the A la Carte restaurant with Kelly the Guest Relation Manager. Kelly is a lady who really knows her job . So kind and helpful. Went to book a table and ended up making a friend. Even had dinner together.
Has convinced me that Palm Wings is my choice of holiday next year.

Does not disappoint!
Pros:

Food was varied and fresh kids were never hungry, the hotel is set in foot hills with a beautiful cove beach the grounds are stunning , the building itself is plush and spotless . All staff are kind and gracious, the animation team are full of energy and don’t stop making sure you have something to do Pica and Barbie are outstanding making you feel welcome and encouraging you to get involved. We can’t fault these guys considering it’s end of season their foot hasn’t come off the gas. Well done palm wings excellent all round

Fantastic stay..already looking forward to 2026
Pros:

We are leaving today after a fantastic stay again and already looking forward to our return next year for our 6th visit..which says alot that we return each year..we had a fantastic room overlooking the resort and out across the beach to the sea and mountains to the right, perfect..spotlessly clean which is the same for the whole resort..how they keep it so clean with so many guests I dont know..but they do..from start to finish all the staff are friendly and helpful in every department..some have said its too far out from kusadasi but the dolmus (local bus) has a stop directly outside the resort which takes you to kusadasi or selcuk for only €2 and so easy to use..restaurant staff keep all the tables clean and set, and the variation of food is immense..you would want to be ultra picky to not find delicious food, all kept hot in new self close containers..we are definitely going home heavier..you also get to eat in one of the a la carte restaurants during your week..we choose Italian is was a special night and the steak was fab as was the staff..the coffee dock is a great addition as is the fresh waffles and icecream stand.. the entertainment staff work hard and the Halloween party was a spectacular..I want to make a special mention for kelly who is the resorts public relations and is fantastic at her job, a real asset to the hotel..she deals with so many guests but makes you feel you are the only one she has dealt with that day, all with a smile..I feel it's more than just a job to her she actually cares about the guests, thank you Kelly for all your help..And thank you all for giving us such a special stay..see you in 2026 x

It’s just ok.
Pros:

We are on our last day here and to be honest I can’t wait to get home.

Staff are nice and work extremely hard.

Food is the same every day and night it is never hot and pretty tasteless. The best thing we have ate is the pizza of the snack bar and the waffles other than that it’s pretty poor. We have ate out 3 times due to this. We have drunk from all the bars and some better than others depending on what staff is on.

Hotel is clean in the lobby and restaurants but our room has only been properly cleaned twice since being here. All the other days they have just moped and made the beds that’s it. Reason I know this is because our shower still had sand in it from being at the beach and toothpaste marks in the sink and Mascara on the pillow.

Rooms have plenty space and lovely balcony but you can hear absolutely everything!! Music is still on and it’s 2:11am so don’t expect to get much sleep. We are staying in what they said was the family block and we thought great least our kids will be able to sleep at nights when others can party at the late night disco but not a chance.
I have phoned to reception one night due to the noise. Bathroom could do with being upgraded there is mold in the shower and doors are dodge when opening and shutting. Tiles are tired and need a good deep clean.

They have a shops, hair dressers, spa also. Shop is expensive but with being so far out of the town you have no choice. Hairdressers is nice my daughter got a braid and they done an excellent job but couldn’t speak any English so was difficult to communicate. Spa we haven’t used yet but looks lovely and staff are lovely when we have picked up our towels.

Location your about 10/15 mins away from the town and they don’t run a shuttle bus it’s taxis which is 15 euro. So you pretty much have to stay at the hotel unless you can afford to spend 30 euros a day on a taxi. The staff did say you can get a bus for 2 euro but we had no luck with this.

Entertainment has been excellent can’t complain at all about it. They are all so lovely and work extremely hard. Trying to get seats in the hall is a nightmare, some nights we ve had to just sit in the lobby because there has been no seats. Other than that it’s excellent.

Lots of different pools to sit at and they are all lovely and the water park is excellent kids loved it. Sun loungers could do with a good clean tho.

Beach is ok but dirty a lot of rubbish in the sand. Lovely little play park for little children.

They have lots of cats going around looking for food which didn’t bother us but for others they may not like this. Peacocks also that go around the complex again this didn’t bother us but others may not enjoy this.

We have enjoyed our holiday but are going home tired not relaxed due to being up so late with the noise which is really disappointing and can’t wait to have better food.
I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star but the staff certainly are they are truly amazing people.
Sadly we wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Pros:

We have just returned from an amazing week in this lovely hotel, 2 adults, 2 older teen children. The whole hotel inside and out is extremely clean and the bedrooms are a good size with very comfortable beds. All the staff work really hard whilst being very friendly, they are an absolute credit! The food on offer was vast and to a high standard. Highly recommend, would 100% return!

Pros:

location :the hotel located 16 km to kusadasi but you can take taxi or van (mini bus) to get the center of city.
atmosphere is almost good but it can be make better.there is a disco in hotel that starts too late at 00:00 when most of the guests go to bed.
rooms are very good with the sea view.but only there is a problem that air conditioning was off and sometimes smelling of food in my room.
cleanliness is very good.
staff,food, entertainment,amenities are very good.

A lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel was really nice, looks even better than the photos. Food is really good, with a wide variety of different cuisine. My girlfriend is a veggie and she always had a plate full. The facilities are well kept, very clean, and the garden is beautiful. We loved the beach, especially nice for a sunset photo. All bar staff are friendly and helpful, even remembering my drink order. The gentleman who works in the games room is a lovely man, always has a smile on his face. Slides were amazing (even as a 22 year old man.) Only had one issue and that was the poor peacocks!! I understand that this is typical in a foreign country, but they should definitely have much more room than they do in their cage which was sad. Apart from that, would definitely recommend and we will return.

3 stars hotel
Pros:

I would give this hotel 3+ stars. It’s not a 5-star hotel, but we really liked the grounds and the lobby bar — the staff there were amazing. Aziz, the manager, was very nice. The Italian and Mexican restaurants were also.

The rooms were cleaned very poorly. They never cleaned the showers or sink, and the floor was mopped so badly that it was slippery. The bed was only tidied up, never changed during our 11-night stay. The buffet food was not good for us — only the à la carte restaurants were nice. The pool chairs were dirty and many were broken. We will never go back to this hotel. If it claims to be a 5-star hotel, it definitely needs a lot of renovation.

Would you like me to make the whole review sound more polished and natural, like something you could post on TripAdvisor?

Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort Oct 2025
Pros:

Great location on the beach, multiple pools, water-park, and it has a quiet area too. No issue getting a lounger, even mid morning there were free ones. Rooms have what you expect, but take an IRON if you have one. The hotel was pretty busy, so certain dining times were to be avoided. The staff in the main buffet did their best to turn over the tables, so there was always somewhere to sit, you just had to wander and find it. Food choice was great with lots of options, although hot food wasn't always that hot. The specialty restaurants service style was a bit confusing, and due to this it felt a little rushed and discombobulated. All the staff in the Citrus bar (Meryem, Selguk, Hakan especially) were lovely and worked tirelessly in what was probably the busiest bar. The hotel in general was always very clean and the staff were great.
