No volveré el de la recepción de noche da asco

Pago y llego al hotel y un chico bajito y moreno muy impertinente y grosero me pide que pague por que no estaba pagada total vuelvo a pagar 3 días en efectivo pide el número de mi aconpañante en voz alta habían 2 chicas le digo que no tengo porque darle el número en plena sala con gente que el derecho y ley de protección de datos selo carga el de una vez y me dice yo cumplo con la ley no como tú mi chica termina por dárselo y la habitación estaba llena de polvo y muy fría pedimos un edredón y el dijo que no tenía para darnos luego la nevera nada de bebida nose en que se basan para decir 4 estrellas en pleno barrio de fuemlabrada no volveré

Pros:

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue realmente maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, todo muy limpio y bien cuidado, lo que hizo que me sintiera cómoda y tranquila durante toda mi estancia.
La habitación era amplia, luminosa y muy acogedora, con una cama súper cómoda que me permitió descansar perfectamente. Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, cerca de todo y muy bien comunicada.
Sin duda, es un lugar al que volvería y que recomiendo totalmente para quienes buscan comodidad, buen servicio y una experiencia agradable.

El sitio increíble, muy amable y educados, de verdad increíble, la atención inigualable y esta en un punto estratégico para moverse por Madrid, tiene la estación de metro de Fuenlabrada muy cerca y en coche el parking también fácil acceso.
