Perfect city break location
Pros:

Roomy apartment, all the facilities to live like home. Reasonable car parking fees with direct access to the secure basement parking area. Right in the centre of the CBD.

Cons:

Some appliances were showing their age.

Exceptional stay without a view
Pros:

The apartment had a great vibe. It was large and tastefully furnished. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Lovely old building in the heart of the city. Yet quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

To take a shower I had to step up and over a high bath. A walk in would be a lot easier.

Loved it
Pros:

The location of as awesome, so close to everything. The supermarket right next door was super convenient. We had everything we needed and our family if 3 were super comfortable able to cook breakfast or dinner if we wanted. Loved our stay In Brisbane

Excellent location, spacious apartment.
Pros:

Excellent central location in the heart of the city. Walking distance to river, southbank and city shopping. 2 bedroom apartment was comfortable and roomy. Clean and had what we needed.

Cons:

Limited parking.

Comfortable, clean and affordable. Great location!!
Pros:

We liked the locality and the spacious, clean room.

Cons:

There were a couple of things that need fixing. The shower in the second toilet. The holding arm was broken and the shower nozzle just hung down. The TV in the bedroom did not work.

location and staff and room size are brilliant, bathrooms need some fixing
Pros:

ease of stay, rooms sizes was good. The locaton is fantastic and everything is clean.

Cons:

mould on ceiling, not all showers functioned in both apartments (we had two) and this has been two years in row in 4 different rooms.

Great value and awesome location
Pros:

The location is fantastic and there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was beautiful and extremely spacious.

Cons:

Checking in on a Sunday was a bit difficult. Bathroom was small and hair dryers were sticky and faulty. There was a lot of construction noise late at night.

Overall a great place to stay with clean room and bedding and friendly staff.
Pros:

The room and staff were great. I asked if it was possible to keep my car in their secure parking during the day after checkout whilst I attended meetings and they were more than accommodating for this. This was greatly appreciated!

Cons:

Trying to find the place and car park was a nightmare. Instructions on how to obtain the keys and where to park prior to collecting keys would be more beneficial.
