Good accomodation, watch out for shortage of on site parking
Pros:

Good apartment, great size. Terrific location

Cons:

Parking was an issue. When we got there we were told there was none left. I had to make a fuss and got allocated a spot. It should not be that hard

A little disappointing tbh. Was for my wife’s birthday and a little underwhelming

Location. Apartment was large.

Cons:

Chose “sub-penthouse”…appt on third floor of six or seven so description drawing a long bow! Chose larger bed of two beds. No bedside light on one side so had to move lamp and heavy table from another room. Tv instructions impossible to understand and Foxtel appeared old and redundant. Wifi hopeless-weak and kept dropping out. Mold in grouting in bathroom and need to be pretty athletic to get in the shower.

Lovely accommodation let down by no internet connection and poor quality parking swipe card .
Pros:

Spacious rooms good aircon throughout the apartment plenty of bed linen and pillows easy onsite parking well appointed kitchen with toaster ,kettle,saucepans cutting knives and cutlery and a dishwasher.

Cons:

Key fob to get into parking garage was shocking it did not work on occasions the internet password wasn’t current and wasn’t updated for our entire stay very disappointing.

Disgusting threatening notices, unclean broken furniture etc etc.
Pros:

We have stayed at MacArthur before and were delighted with apartment in all respects. This time we were disgusted at cleanliness, facilities and in particular the threatening notices displayed stating penalties would occur if etc etc. there is no need for notices as people who stay at MacArthur do not need to have these precautionary messages. Particularly since the accommodation certainly did not live up to price or expectations. Never will we use this accommodation again and not will we suggest others to stay.

Cons:

I have said above my disappointment and shock at how the accommodation has deteriorated since our last stay. Clean the place up, change the furniture and get rid of the damaged lamp shades in the bedroom. This was third rate and that's complimentary.

Over all a convenient position, everything was comfortable, just a shame the bathrooms let it down.
Pros:

There was plenty of space, a bathroom for both guests. The water pressure for the showers was excellent and the temperature was easily adjusted. The building was in the centre of the city giving you a very easy walk to the Botanic Gardens, the River, ferry, South Bank, Central Train Station and the Casino. Bus stops are outside the building and supermarkets are next door to Macarthur Chamber. It was very easy to catch the train from the airport with an easy walk from Centrral Sation to the building. There is also an informative museum open on Sunday, on the upper floor, detailing General Macarthur's role in World War 2.

Cons:

Both bathrooms require some maintenance. Unfortunately I had to mop up water from the main bathroom floor every day to ensure it was safe to walk into. There was no shower curtain or screen to contain the water from the shower. The fan was not working and a cupboard door was sitting on a shelf rather than being reattached. The bath/spa looked very dirty where, I presume, a shower screen was once fitted. The second bathrooms wall connection and shower head were broken and it needed to be held to enable you to have a shower.
We were also unable to get a WiFi connecttion.
