Excellent room size and a king size bed!
Love love the location! There’s a Woolies right downstairs. Great for people with kids who needs loads of snacks on hand.
It had a bedroom with its own bathroom. The gas stove was excellent, we managed to cook our food quickly compared to the cook tops. And to top it off, there was a washing machine. And we were able to discard our rubbish via the chute.
That the dryer was not working, and the drying rack was a bit too small. Wanted to use the bath tub but the sink plug wasn't there.
The couch in may have had dust, because we were sneezing every time we sat on it. we had to purchase a dishwashing liquid because we preferred to wash the plates by hand.

It was ashame that the pool and sauna were not available for use. It would of been nice to have been notified before booking that access to level 9 was unavailable

Renovations, Corridor smelt old and mouldy, lift was being used for renovations..
Fabulous location in a beautiful historic building. Our room was a sub-penthouse and was quite spacious and comfortable. Beds were good and water pressure in the shower was also good. Very close to the Queen St Mall, restaurants, cafes and shops. Grocery store is very close also.
Really the only downside is the parking. The fact that you can't book parking, the only place to stop and go in to check in is in a loading zone across the road from the hotel and on a very busy street. I had to do the block 3 times before getting a spot in the loading zone. Then to be told that the parking underneath was full and I had to park all the way up at Uptown (old Myer center) and walk back. There needs to be a better system.
The location was fabulous. The apartment was very clean and nicely appointed.
The apartment was very clean on arrival. We would have liked fresh towels daily. Perhaps the bin could have been emptied daily. We mainly self catered during our visit, the bin was very full after four days.
