Wonderful location and lovely staff.
Pros:

Wonderful position, in the middle of CBD Brisbane. Staff were excellent especially a lovely young lady called Zita, see couldn’t do enough to help us, she always had a big friendly smile.

Cons:

The first time we stayed everything in our rooms were excellent, 6 days later on our return both our rooms had toilet issues, one of the toilets had lost the attachment to the floor so it moved every time is was used and the other one didn’t fill up after use, and, both bedrooms had on suites that had showers over a bath and as more senior people and being short of statuesque it was extremely hard to step into the bath and harder to get out without hurting ourselves. To the point one of party had a nasty fall hoping out of the shower. Caught her leg and fell flat on her shoulder. A suggestion might be to install some hand rails to keep people safe and comfortable. Other than that it was a wonderful location.

Spacious. Curtain linings were all off their hooks and hanging down and made the perfectly good curtains look shabby

Cons:

Was very noisy on the street outside during the night. Gym was out of action

Enjoyed the location in conjunction to our reason for the stay
Pros:

Location was good. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The room had mold most places from ceiling with old leaks not patched up properly to the carpet from said leaks. Dust all over the place on top of most edges and surfaces. Beds were not comfy shower heads leaked every where. Dishwasher was broken. Oven was hard to figure out since pictures were worn out and no manual. Walls were also dirty. Does not seem to be a lot of upkeep.

Perfect location and huge rooms
Pros:

The apartment rooms are HUGE. They have everything you need when you're away from home, including a full kitchen with a large fridge. The location is also amazing, with Woolworths, Big W just to name a couple in the same building. This is my go to any time I'm in Brisbane from now on.

The hotel has an "Olde Worlde" charm.
Pros:

The 2-bedroomed apartment was very spacious. There was double glazing to keep the traffic noise down. The location was excellent, as it was a very short stroll from the busy Queen St Mall with its shops and eateries. It was a nice walk to the end of the Queen St Mall and across the river to the interesting South Bank area. The hotel is a conveniently short walk with (wheeled) suitcases from Central train station which is a very convenient 20 minute train-ride away from Brisbane airport.

Cons:

It was winter, so the man-made beach on South Bank was closed for maintenance.

Pretty Good
Pros:

Good value for money. Second time staying here - although this stay was not as good as the previous. Location is excellent, just a short walk from pretty much anywhere within the Brisbane CBD.

Cons:

WiFi did not work. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, would not recommend using it if you don't have to, just book a bigger room. One of the showers was also a bit temperamental to get going.

Great city stay - would recommend
Pros:

The staff were really friendly. The location was great and the apartment had everything we needed. We only had a 1 night stay but we could easily have stayed a week with everything available in the apartment for a longer stay.
