Location was fantastic.

Cons:

TV didn't work, clothes dryer didn't work, signs placed on both them out of use. Seemed to be understaffed and quite often nobody at the front desk.

Excellent location and comfy beds!
Pros:

The location was AMAZING so central and close to everything. The rooms were good sizes, beds were comfy and the 2 bathrooms was a bonus.
The lounge area had a small terrace which a nice surprise.
WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again!!

Cons:

We were unable to connect to the wifi despite multiple attempts on the options available. We were only there for 2 nights so I was able to hotspot the times I needed to but working wifi would have been a plus

Amazing location, everything within walking distance.
Pros:

Amazing location! The room was much bigger than expected and the bed was nice and comfortable. The aircon was cold, the reception was nice and friendly. The location of this property is perfect and we will definitely be staying here again.

Cons:

No biggie, but the hallways leading to our room smelled of bleach or mold, not exactly sure and it wasn't very pleasant.

We definitely recommend and we would definitely book again. The customer service was excellent and other than the improv

The generous room sizes, comfortable beds, fantastic showers and the facilities that were available were great. The place was very clean.

Cons:

A hair dryer would have been useful. A broader selection of teas - including herbal. A jug to keep water cold in the fridge would be handy. All first world problems though!

Cons:

Dirty stained carpet through out, stains on bedspread, cushions throughout stained/old, mouldy smell especially in the main bedroom/ en-suite area.
No WiFi in our room, entry and exit for car park signage could be better.

Easy, spacious, clean with good amenities. Fantastic location.
Pros:

Booked two rooms - both were lovely. One room had the sofa made up and the other we had to do ourselves but I think it was because the sofa bed was a koala fold out which is super easy and comfy but when open basically looks like a mattress on the floor so I think it was nicer to come in to the couch and made up the bed ourselves.

Cons:

In one of the rooms only one bathroom had soap in it.

Pros:

Place was central.

Cons:

When you walked out of elevators a stale and damp water stench filled the corridors. The ducted air conditioning in the room was so loud it kept my child awake all night and we couldn't turn it off. Pictures looked nothing like the sub penthouses in the pictures. Very disappointed.
