Very good location, probably the nicest hotel in Phuket town, rooms are nice, beds comfortable
We arrived in the middle of the night with 2 kids and requested quiet rooms months before arrival. We were put up in probably the lodest room: lowest floor, facing the main road, right next to the elevators. The hotel was fully booked and we did not sleep for the first 3 nights - until they finally moved us.
Some of the reception staff were stuck up and not willing to help.

The pool is SO nice. Lots of sun loungers. When sunset / after dark, the pool is so magical, the fairly lights are so beautiful.
Gym is really good too for a hotel gym. New equipment clean space.
Breakfast 400baht if paid for at check in. Lots of options to choose from. Would recommend. We spend a similar amount on a local cafe.
The bed in our room was SO comfy!!!
