The only place to stay in Phuket Town.
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast, so many options both local and continental and international. Great coffee and eggs to order specifications. Staff very professional and knowledgeable. English speaking is very good and much appreciated. Also ate in restaurants, very good quality for value and service was outstanding. Wines were very nice.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything as the hotel is one of the best I have stayed and enjoyed in 45 years of international travel. Well done Courtyard by Marriott.

Exy Stay at Courtyard Phuket Town

As a frequent international traveler and Marriott Titanium Elite member, I recently stayed at the Courtyard Phuket Town and found it to be an excellent upscale hotel that exceeded my expectations.

Although I did not get everyone's names, every staff member I encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to providing exceptional service.

I would especially like to recognize Nami at the reception desk. Her attentiveness, warmth, and sincere care for guests were truly outstanding and reflect the very best of the Marriott brand. And the consigere names which I was able to get and I would like to mention are Tide and Not.

The hotel's service and cleanliness are worthy of a five-star rating. The rooms are cleaned daily and maintained to an impeccable standard. Each morning at breakfast, I was greeted with a smile, and the staff consistently provided attentive and friendly service. The breakfast offerings were fresh, well-presented, and featured a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.

The reception and concierge teams were always helpful, professional, and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay especially enjoyable.

I would not hesitate to recommend the Courtyard Phuket Town to both business and leisure travelers looking for a comfortable, well-managed hotel with exceptional hospitality.
