Perfectly located hotel with friendly service and a great breakfast buffet.
Pros:

We were upgraded to the attached Hualta Hotel, which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent value in a perfect location, with a comfortable room. The staff were helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the terrace was a lovely place to unwind at the end of the day.

Pros:

La atención del personal es excelente. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y renovadas, usamos la piscina y el parking del Sheraton, buenísimos. Desayuno muy rico y variado. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo tipo de comercios y de la peatonal.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado muy ruidoso, no se podía dejar prendido durante la noche. La habitación era oscura porque da a un paredón

Nice place to stay for a good price!
Pros:

Overall very nice place to stay. Nice beds, comfortable facilities. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Outdoor pool was cold and hadn’t been cleaned in a few days.

Quarto muito confortável, espaçoso, café da manhã muito bom, e estrutura excelente.
Pros:

Café da manhã muito bom, com variedades de frutas, geléias, iogurte, pães. Todos os dias havia favo de mel, o que foi um grande diferencial, pois é o mais puro mel.

Cons:

Senti falta de mais opções de proteínas no café da manhã, por exemplo bacon, salsicha, linguiça.

Pros:

A recepção eh linda, o local eh excelente e o hotel fica entre o Sheraton e ao Hualta, com passagem livre entre os mesmos. Banho bom, quarto de bom tamanho, camas confortáveis, mas ao menos o nosso quarto era mais antiguinho que os irmao Sheraton e Hualta, onde também ja ficamos hospedados.
