Excelente localização, acomodações de alta qualidade, quarto muito bom, e a integração com o Shareton e o Hualta são perfeitas, restaurantes ótimos e café da manhã impecável

Location and the restaurants were very good!!. We had a large suite on the second floor and the street noise and conversations were very distracting all evening.

Disappointing stay (twice) in Mendoza
Pros:

The hotel is in a very good place, in fact 5 minutes far from the centre of Mendoza. Parking is solved in the underground garage of the Sheraton Hotel, in the proximity of Huentala.
The breakfast is good.

Cons:

The room was very small, uncomfortable and noisy.
In the restaurant when I asked 1 glass of wine, the waitress squeezed even the last drop of wine out of the bottle. OK, not elegant, but when I called her attention to the fact that this is very few, she told: "this is our protocol". After my claim the boss of the restaurant came, apologized, and provided me with the missing part of the drink (more than a half...) saying with irony: "this is our protocol, 150 ml". Blame.

Cons:

La habitación era demasiado caliente no tenían sistema de aire acondicionado… me tocó varias veces llamar a la recepción. Personal amable.

Limpeza nota 10, três hotéis interligados onde conseguimos fazer tudo, desde restaurantes, cassinos, academias entre outros.

Solo el desayuno es destaque. Baño peligroso y atendimirnyo malo

Ducha en una bañera resbaladiza sin protección,
Pedí dos sándwiches de roomservice, 90 minutos después, reclamé. Me dijeron que mandarían en 20 minutos. Una hora después cancelé el pedido y fui a dormir con hambre

Cons:

Los funcionarios de la recepción cambian mucho y están más dedicados a sus problemas hice una queja y entiendo que no tuvo ningún seguimiento

Nós não ficamos no Huentala, ao chegar nos informaram que iríamos ficar no outro hotel ao lado, o Shereton, da mesma rede deles, mas falam que é 5 estrelas! Então não posso avaliar o Huentala por não conhecer!

Com a troca de hotel e apto a estadia foi otima.
Pros:

O quarto era razoavel, mas o banheiro de dificil uso face a banheira de pequenas dimensões e com esgoto entupido. Importante foi a tomada de decisão da gerencia do hotel que nos transferiu para o hotel ao lado (Hualta), que atendeu Ee muito todas as nossas expectativas e sem nenhum custo adicional

Cons:

MOBILIARIO ANTIGO, BANHEIRA DE PEQUENA DIMENSÃO E APOSENTOS MAL ILUMINADOS.
