La cordialidad del personal

Cons:

La musica que llega a las habitaciones cuando tienen eventos, no deja dormir
La habitación no tiene una distribución del calor buena, por ejemplo al baño de la 103 no llega la calefaccion y es una heladera.

Fue una buena estadía
Pros:

La atención fue excelente, junto con la ubicación y el desayuno que fueron los factores más destacados. La fachada del hotel es muy linda y la limpieza fue correcta.

Cons:

Sentimos que las fotos no son tan representativas de lo que finalmente obtuvimos. Las habitaciones son mas chicas de lo que se ve. Además hemos tenido una situación con la bacha del baño que estaba bastante tapada.

O hotel é muito bom, boa localização, funcionarios simpáticos e educados, quarto confortável.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bom, mas é exatamente o mesmo todos os dias, poderia variar alguns itens.

Cons:

Primeiro fui recepcionada por uma moça muito antipática, a princípio me questionou se minha reserva não seria para outro hotel. Me instalou em uma acomodação com ar-condicionado quebrado. Instalações muito antigas e mal conservadas para um hotel quatro estrelas. Só merece no máximo duas. Só consegui a transferência para um quarto com ar-condicionado depois de umas 3 horas de insistência.
