boa localização,

Cons:

hotel mais antigo, estilo antigo, mas não possui ar condicionado apenas aquecedor, passamos calor a noite, pois ao abrir a janela no quarto para refrescar o ambiente um barulho de um gerador parecendo um ônibus parado na porta atrapalhou bastante, além disso o local do cafe da manhã é pequeno para o tanto de hóspedes dos dois hoteis que fazem o café da manhã nele, ficando agitado o ambiente

Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, en pleno centro, tiene comunicación con el Sheraton. El desayuno muy rico y completo. La habitación es muy amplia con una TV grande, El personal es muy amable.

Cons:

La cama matrimonial era 2 camas unidas lo que no resulta muy cómodo.

Um dos melhores hotéis que fiquei até hoje!
Pros:

Tudo no hotel foi perfeito!
Desde a chegada até a partida.
O hotel é lindo, limpo e bem localizado.
O café da manhã é servido no La Cabrera que é anexo ao hotel, lugar lindo demais!
Foi uma experiência muito agradável.

Huentala is a good hotel, it is worthy the stay.
Pros:

Although they put us in a room facing a wall and with two single beds, I would say it was ok, as we decided not to change. Breakfast was very good, with a decent offering of varieties. Location was also very good, 1km from the neighborhood with the great bars and restaurants.

Très bon hôtel, chaleureux et confortable
Pros:

Nous avons eu la surprise d'être surclassés pour la première nuit dans l'hôtel mitoyen, et ensuite d'être surclassés de nouveau dans cet hôtel. La suite que nous avons eue était petite mais très confortable, le lit douillet, nous étions très bien installés. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été agréable en tout temps. Il y a une agence de voyages intégrée qui a réservé les taxis pour nous et nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du déjeuner à cause de nos excursions trop matinales mais la salle à manger est très chaleureuse, ainsi que le décor de cet hôtel en général, qui est en plus très bien situé.

Pros:

This Hotel is part of three next to each other including a Sheraton and they all have lovely lobbies. One of the staff at reception, Florenczia was excellent!

Cons:

Our main issues were that the Classic Room is far from being 25m2 as quoted (realistically under 20m2 - we had to change rooms due to a/con and they were both this small size) and the a/con was not controlled in room but rather by reception. The 1st room wouldn’t go under above 24c, and it took along time on the 1st day to get moved to another room, when they didn’t seem to be busy at all. In the 2nd room we had to get reception everyday to reset the room temperature to turn it of heat to cool to achieve 20c. The maintenance in the rooms doesn’t seem to be up to standard.

Localização e tudo que o hotel proporciona. Tem restaurantes no Hotel e acesso a outros dois hotéis conjugados.

Pros:

You can use the gym from the Sheraton and we got a huge room too.

Cons:

The Hotel is almost perfect but there are some small issues like the drawers on the bedroom were in bad state.
