Convenient but the property is very tired. Freindly staff but a deep clean would really smarten up the rooms.

Clean room and close to everything

Nice place to stay.

I really liked there was a fully fenced area for my dog accessible right from my room

the bathroom fan was annoying. it would come on by itself all night.

Curtains did not close. TV didn’t work properly. When asked for assistance the front desk didn’t have anyone at it for 10-15 min and no way to contact anyone. Front desk didn’t answer the phone when called. When we found staff they said to wait at the front desk. We were given wrong information about the tv and had to use google to sort out the issue because staff didn’t know how to work the tv and “she was the only one working by herself”. We had a four day stay and the room was left all four days with no housekeeping. We posted the sign on the door by 8:30 am each day and we did not receive any room services. Beds remained unmade, bathroom wasn’t cleaned and towels were not replaced. When we brought these concerns up to the front desk staff, she really didn’t listen to us or pay any attention to our concerns. Very disappointing stay and most likely won’t return.

Awful. Don't bother trying to save money. Stay somewhere nicer.

I stay there 3 or 4 times a year when in town working. The staff is great. Always smiling, always helpful. The price is reasonable as well. My son also stays there when travelling.

We found that the hotel was noisy, poor upkeep, dirty. The price reflects the accommodations. Can’t say I would recommend this place to stay, don’t think I would ever stay there again.

Listing said it had a free breakfast included. This was not the case and was not communicated until the morning

The stay itself was pleasant, but parking was a bit tricky as the lot in front of the hotel was fairly full, and it was unclear if hotel guests were allowed to park elsewhere in the larger parking lot. Had messaged the hotel many days before arrival with a minor question about the room but never received a response.

Room bed and bathroom was clean but walls light switches and floors were filthy like construction workers were there and not cleaned after they left. Website advertises dining but no restaurant on premises.

I was asked why I didn’t complain, because I couldn’t believe they stuck me in a room like that. I also knew I would never be staying again. I didn’t ask to switch rooms as I doubted it would be an improvement.

The outlet cover was dangling off, when I checked in there was mention of an elevator. The room I was given was on the second floor which means you have to carry all your belongings up those stairs.

There was no sign for my door, so despite me leaving things to be freshened it never was. No ice bucket, flimsy plastic bag. The mattress had a pronounced dip at the edge so no worries you won’t fall off. I was freezing in my room, the thin blanket did nothing as did trying to turn up the heat. I’m told by another guest it hadn’t been turned on for the season yet.


Basic cable was good, liked that they had a mini stove top and fridge but the fridge was dirty so I didn’t put anything in it. All I wanted was a couple nights not camping in my SUV. I wish I had saved myself the money.

The property bears no resemblance to its online photos. It is very run down with poorly cleaned rooms and a bathtub drain that doesn’t drain. The hallways were dirty, making it hard to believe they’re vacuumed more than once a week. It felt unsafe and i felt uncomfortable lettinh my child to leave our room unaccompanied. We observed several individuals in the hotel who seemed to be under the influence of something.

The bed was clean and comfy, the couch was dirty and old and the furniture dusty, but that could be from the gaping hole in between the patio doors that lets in lots of traffic noise and likely the dust.

The room was great staff was friendly my only complaint was towels. In the pool there were only 4 towels so when it group of 5 went swimming we were shirt. And in our room we only had 2 towels. We were constantly asking for more towels as we could only get 2 extra at a time. Otherwise it was awesome.

Staff were very friendly and professional. The building is old and weary, but clean. Not very sound-proof as you can easily hear people in the hallway.
Spotless bathrooms with a great shower!

Literally checked out at 12:30 AM because the hotel room smelled awful. Would have talked to the clerk about getting a new room but the hotel itself just didn’t smell good and we decided to just leave.

That said, hotel staff were polite, so if you’re in a pinch and need a spot, it will do fine.

Dirty bathrooms, hot tub/pool area absolutely gross and hot tub super low. hallways/elevator floors so dirty, both restaurants are closed that are attached to the hotel.

Rooms were tidy upon first inspection, but looking closer a lot of the high touch areas were not cleaned. (Light switches, door knobs)
Bedding was clean, but duvet had stains on it.
Was covered with top and bottom sheet, but probably should be replaced.
I knew it wouldn’t be a top tier hotel based off the price of it per night, but I expected a touch more.
Was fine for what we needed it for, but probably wouldn’t stay here again.
