Rodeway Inn Marietta near Dobbins ARB

We asked for a non smoking room for one night and the room reeked of smoke, the walls were very damaged, the lights didn't work, there was no "no smoking" sign on the door, and the owner refused to give us a refund. The room was absolutely disgusting. There was another customer who came in and said he had roaches in his room and the owner still refused to refund.

A large entire family lives there that is all generally pleasant except for one guy who’s kind of dbag

The room they put me in had roaches crawling around everywhere. I was a lot of them . The service with the front desk was very poor and in the middle of the night someone kept tryna open my door .

Was a place to sleep that was just ok. Surface level clean. Wasn't the worst but wouldn't go back.

They do not have any staff to give extra towels they barely give you any towels the room bear was sitting on wood bricks. It smells really bad. The sheets had old blood on them. The lights did not work everything under the sun. This room was horrible. we did not even sleep

Rooms were unbelievably dirty, had roaches, dirty sheets hair everywhere. Maintenance work pulled knife of me when I went to complain. Had to call police. Was locked out of room. This place should be condemned. It’s a hotel for street walker and drug addicted criminals

Absolutely awful. Will never stay there again. The room was literally falling apart. Smelt like mold and pee. I absolutely want a refund

Bathroom door broken from a forced entry. Rusted and mold in and around the bathtub. Bathroom light fixture broken and exposed. Fire alarm covered. Bathroom sink broken. Unclean microwave and refrigerator. Room smelled filthy.

It was cheap and sometimes you get what you pay for. If you’re particular don’t stay here, but if you just need someplace to stay it’s fine. Parts of the room were being held together with painter’s tape. The bathroom was fine. The property seemed safe enough. The hardest part for me was the smell. I’m really sensitive to that type of thing. It smelled like whoever ‘cleaned’ used dirty mop water. Thankfully, I bring air freshener everywhere. I would not rush to book here again but like I said it has a roof, walls, and I felt safe.

Do NOT book a room here. Do NOT bring service dogs. Staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful and their attitude was despicable. Staff would not allow me to speak when I tried to calmly explain that my fully task trained service dog was medical equipment and not a pet. He spoke over me anytime I tried to talk. Staff would not allow my service dog to accompany me to a regular room, they discriminated against us and forced us to change rooms to a “pet-friendly” room. He insisted that they couldn’t allow us in that room because of “allergies” and that was just their “pet policy”. My service dogs were in full gear and a perfect heel and perfect manners. Because we were exhausted after 16 straight hours of driving, we decided to just go along with the changing of rooms. When we opened the door to the room, it wreaked of smoke in a supposedly “smoke-free” room. It was dirty and gross. The smoke detector was gone, the door had been broken into countless times. The bottom of the door was bent outward. There were holes in the ceiling and flooring. There ware huge patches of mold. Outside on the wall, the fire extinguisher was missing and the box had been smashed. There were smashed windows. Very uncomfortable and unsafe property. We did not stay, we left immediately. We requested a refund but was denied.

Excellent...Great TV and plenty of channels.

For the one night we stayed it was ok. Convenient to the highway and not a far drive to where we needed to go. Only 2 problems for me. The TV didnt work which sucks when you have a kid staying there. The shower curtain had mold on the bottom.

In Room 216 the tub was rotted out and mold on the celling the room smelled like mold and cigarettes even though it was a non smoking and one of the lamps were torn off the wall if I could give 0 stars I would have I went to the hotel next door didn’t even stay at the roadway took a piss in there that’s all it was worth

I need a refund. The room had cockroaches. It had beer in the tiny freezer which could have exploded. There were holes in the walls and the smoke detector was taken down. There was not a lock on the door for safety. the bathroom was full of mold and black grime. There was not enough towels and when asked for an additional one I was refused. I made a comment about a review and the staff immediately threatened to call the police. I waited for the police to arrive and they never did. They demanded I leave the hotel and again threatened that they called the police. Im sure I was the most classy of the guest. I waited for the police who never showed up. I respected their request of not staying and am in need of a refund that I have yet to receive

There was some evidence of construction work being done, but this place needs a massive overhaul. Also, having a clerk who spoke English reasonably well would be a plus.

Comfortable bed but the rub has heavy mold under the mat
