The hotel is very nice. Poolarea is clean and clean. Very friendly staff, Ganesh at the poolbar very nice and serviceminded. Lovely food.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staffs! Shout out to Yogesh, very pleasant and attentive! Keep up the excellent work! Will definitely recommend. Another Marriott property to visit. Walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Spacious room and very clean. Ordered some yummy food, happy with what we ordered.

The hotel is nicely situated on the boulevard. The staff is excellent, particularly at the pool where Ganesh ensured I had an enjoyable experience.

Had a great evening at Courtyard at The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection. The outdoor vibe is cozy and relaxed, the shisha was smooth and long-lasting, and the food was fresh and flavorful.
Special mention to Jamal for his warm, attentive service he truly made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d return to.

The hotel is nice and a couple of meters away from Dubai Mall, perfectly located. I was here alone on a business trip. However, I don’t know if the sense of welcoming I received from the staff, something like “please understand that we are making efforts to accept you in our hotel”, is the new and prevailing mood in the city. You know what I mean, Dubai has become so exceptional that, sometimes - not always - it treats people below the norm. “Our hotel is more important than you”. Examples: at breakfast, smiling attitude is inversely proportional to the time I had to wait for a cup of coffee, getting 2 by mistake in the end. Again, no smile. No WiFi in the breakfast room by the way, the network signal of the hotel is lost. I had personal effects to be delivered in the evening and requested that they should be brought to my room in my absence. “Yes of course Sir”. Upon my return, nothing was done and the bag was lying on the floor at reception, not even one message to inform me although I am a Bonvoy member from which you could expect a little more. Bonvoy? Let’s speak about it. Upon arrival: “yes sir, you reserved through a 3rd party and you won’t get any points”. What did I do so that people are so mean with me? I got points all the time. I don’t know. There is something more and more missing in Dubai: kindness, the essence of luxury. The rest is just pretentious attitude that will go nowhere. In the end, my best exchange was with the guy selling real estate for Damac projects in the hall. Smiles and professional attitude. Maybe they should hire him as a teacher.

The service could be improved as it took a long time to order and pay. Yogesh and Ivans were polite and attentive. The chef at breast in Beef and Reef was unfriendly and stressed, which affected the breakfast experience negatively.

The hotel is very nice location is nearby to dubai mall and burj khalifa i would like to give special thanks to Ahmed Shalaby for his outstanding service and his beautiful smile as well definitely i will come back again one more time

I had a great experience at Netz. The food was fresh, well presented, and full of flavour, but what really stood out was the service.

Santa looked after our table and was excellent throughout the evening. Friendly, professional, and very attentive without hovering. He knew the menu well, made great recommendations, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.

Service like that genuinely makes a difference. Big thanks to Santa for making the experience even better. Would definitely return.

First off Abishek is a great lad and an amazing waiter. He is very chill and the bar atmosphere was super spacious and welcoming. It reminds of home in england.

Prices are reasonable, but service makes and setting is the closest thing to home in Dubai, speaking from an Aussie. Big shoutout to avishek, what a lad, he’s amazing.
