Amazing location it’s beautiful and very nice also near by to the Dubai mall and Burj Khalifa

Since I arrived at this excellent place, I met the employee Ahmed Shalaby, who has always been willing to help us and always greets us with a smiling face, constantly reassuring us.
I remember one situation when he helped me carry my luggage to the room. I wanted to give him a gift, but he refused. I also tried to reward him with money, but he refused that as well.
Honestly, I am truly grateful to this person who enters the heart without knocking

Such an amazing place! While there’s no indoor smoking, Hsu completely made up for it with her wonderful service. She is lovely, highly professional, and made our visit special. We can’t wait to come back for her!

Beautiful hotel and amazing staffs! Shout out to Yogesh, very pleasant and attentive! Keep up the excellent work! Will definitely recommend. Another Marriott property to visit. Walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Spacious room and very clean. Ordered some yummy food, happy with what we ordered.

Had a great evening at Courtyard at The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection. The outdoor vibe is cozy and relaxed, the shisha was smooth and long-lasting, and the food was fresh and flavorful.
Special mention to Jamal for his warm, attentive service he truly made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d return to.
