De nombreuses places de parking.

Le personnel de salle très sympathiques.

Cons:

Notion de service à repenser.

Le manager, contrairement au personnel, n’a fait aucun effort (en contactant le personnel d’entretien au téléphone par exemple) pour nous attribuer notre chambre 1h en avance, restant sur le principe que le Check In est à partir de 15h, ce qui est vrai aussi.

Petite précision, ma demande était précisée lors de ma réservation et l’hôtel était très loin d’être complet.

Dommage, je regrette ce manque de service.

Pros:

Ubicación, el desayuno poca variedad pero rico, se echa de menos fruta.

Cons:

Algo anticuado, la litera de arriba está casi pegada al techo, casi no se podía subir o bajar. Espacio de la habitación con hijos adolescentes es totalmente insuficiente.

Familienfreundliches Hotel mit einem sehr guten Restaurant für ein familienfreundliches Essen!
Pros:

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers. Die Anlage und das Restaurant. Besonders gut war das Essen von Loic und Laurent. Der Service von Gilles war ganz besonders und sehr kundenorientiert! Er war sowohl beim Abendessen als auch beim Frühstücken sehr Freundlich, hilfsbereit und lösungsorientiert. Danke dafür.

Дуже гарне розташування, зʼїхали з автобану, 3-5 хвилин і вже готель. Ми заїзжали піздно, але хлопець нас оформив і навіть не знаючи язика показав куди нам йти. В номері було чисто, ми поспали та виїхали, з ранку дівчинка на рецепції було дуже привітна.

Не можу сказати, бо були там лише ніч.

Cons:

Paguei quarto para 3 pessoas com camas separadas. Cheguei quarto com 3 camas mas não podia usar uma de solteiro, não tinha lençóis. Quando pedi recepção fui informada que tinha usar cana casal 2 lugares e uma do bliche. Não podia usar a terceira cama.
Absurdo, totalmente ridículo, em qualquer hotel mas para um de 3 estrelas absolutamente inacreditável.
Nunca mais fico num hotel da vossa cadeia de hotéis. Não recomendo. Não obtive o que paguei para não terem de lavar mais um lençol.
